Camera Sliders

Whats a good price/performance camera slider that'll mount on top of my tripod? I already have an extra fluid head to mount to the slider so I just need something decently sturdy that slides somewhat smooth.

$100 won't get you too far, your best bet would be something like this off of amazon.

Just keep in mind that 1m really isn't that long, and sometimes isn't very noticeable or is just too subtle
