Camera Protection

What do you guys use to protect your camera on the mountain? I'm slightly concerned about water damage to my new setup, but don't want to drop $600 + on a scuba diving case. Are there any affordable options out there? (Currently shooting on a Panasonic GH5)

Thanks

basic plastic shopping bag, rip two holes and tape off the viewfinder and lens. basically just like this photo.

super easy and definitely works fine. just can be hard if you have to change settings a lot.

I have a Martin V2 deluxe rain cover, haven't used it skiing yet but it has worked really well outside in the rain the few times I have had to use it. Even tho I don't use it allot it is really nice to have a decent rain cover in your bag to know that you can still continue shooting if it suddenly starts to rain/snow. Have used plastic bags in the past and at least for just snow conditions that might work well enough, just make sure your lens is covered to, I used to cut a hole in the bottom of the bag and tightened the lens hood over it.
