i recently own the nikon D200 and love it. i have 3 lenses for it but they are all telephoto lenses and i want a fisheye for when i go shootin skiing. does anyone know of a good lens that they liked? i was lookin at the 16mm nikkor fisheye lens but didnt know if anyone suggested anything better.

you aren't going to find anything better.
The third party fisheyes aren't bad, but they aren't great. I would suggest looking for a used one, I have the 16mm f3.5 AI - the old manual focus fisheye and I love it. The color rendition isn't as nice as the newer lenses, but the lens performs much better and is sharper from what I've seen.
