Even though I have a D90 and should have found this somewhat interesting, I stopped watching when he started rubbing a salad leaf on one of the bodies.... uhh huuurrrr ddduuuurrr

Ok I lied, I actually had to watch more to make sure that I wasn't missing out on anything worthwhile. Turns out my first impression was dead on in thinking that this guy is a moron. If anyone manages to dump coffee onto their camera numerous times right before getting it jammed into an elevator door, they deserve to be shooting with one of those nifty fischer-price cameras.

You are missing the point. He is just showing that the cameras are much tougher than you think. Of course you're not going to spill coffee on your camera or tape them to your shoes. He was just trying to make it more entertaining to watch.

didn't watch the vids yet, but my d90 fell from about 6 ft onto my tile floor and the only damage was the cheap plastic mounts on my kit lens broke. either then that there was absolutely no other damage, the body has no scratches or marks, neither does the lens and the lens still works if i hold it in place. happy but pissed at the same time cause i want my lens fixed and bestbuy is being a bunch of idiots denying my extended warranty which they said they'd cover anything but water damage and if it's a million pieces, well it's sure as hell not in a million pieces.
