Camcorder vs. DSLR

I am looking to buy a new camera, right now I have a Nikon L810. I am wondering the ups and downs of a camcorder, same thing with a DSLR. I don't have a job, so buying lenses would be extremely difficult. When I have looked at cameras at Best Buy, I can't find anywhere that states the FPS, which is very important to me. DSLR or Camcorder?

Lol you sound like you have done absolutely no research into this. Get a feel of what you want to do then come back here with more specific questions

- you have no money- you have no way of earning money

- you have done no research/dont have a clue

you provided a good laugh though. I would help you out, but you would have no clue what im talking about because you have no experience with either a camcorder or a dslr.

Since you have no money, a DSLR almost sounds out of the question, video quality is astronomically better, but you have no money. Also you said acquiring lenses would be difficult, (since you don't have money), which is arguably the most important part. Pretty much most DSLR's with video now can do 60FPS at 720, but those cost more money, which you don't have. Also, usually things at Best Buy cost more money, which someone told me, you don't have? I also heard getting a job gets you money, which you also don't have. Get a job, THEN a camera.

Spark notes: get things you don't have
