Camcorder question + KARMA for answers

Is this camcorder good for filming skiing?

I honestly haven't heard much about that camera. But from what I have heard filming to SD cards is not the way to go. I think it would be prefered to go to tape over that. In that case and that price i would recommend something along the hv 20 or hv 30. both very very sick cameras and lots of kids on here have them and they are highly credited.

quality may be an issue, i dont know anything about avchd but this is better for skiing than a hard drive cause there are no moving parts

Stay away from AVCHD! get an HDV camera. the one's asian allen named are good choices.
