So after having a bare HV40 for a while, I've finally saved enough money to buy some accessories... Is there anything you would change? (something I'm missing, something you would change, something I don't need, etc.)

I definitely wouldn't go with 2 step up rings thats for sure, your going to get mad vig.Im sure you can find a fisheye thats your 43mm threadsize.

I dunno why youre going 43-82 for a uv filter, thats stupid IMO

that wide angle should be legit tho with the 43-52

Ah fucking iPod... Anyways I'm going 43-52 for the wide angle, and then I got the uv at 72 to go on top of my wide angle to protect it. I also got a 52-72 so ncan still use the uv when I'm not using the wide angle... Do you think I should just ignore using a uv for my wideangle and just get a 43mm uv?

Bump - one more thing... the step-up rings are 13 bucks and 26 bucks, which seems kinda expensive for a ring of plastic and metal respectively... Is it really worth it to buy brand-name stuff, or can I just go on ebay and get a generic brand one? Just wanna make sure cause I don't want my wide-angle falling off mid-shot...
