he rides at sunday river! any one know him his name is like tj wayne i think. he is a total tool i bought a suposable blue irid lense and a black retro strap from him and he sent me a beat to shit hi yellow lense and a shitu static strap! im very pissed im 14 years old and this guys is doing this to me! he had to be like 18? i sent him 50 die cuts and 25 $im so pissed guys this is bbullshit what has ns came to guys. do any of the mods have this guys # he gave me some # tht some old lady answers! and he gave me his gfs answer and i called it today when i got the pack and she rtold me they broke up this is bukllshgit please help ns and ns mods.
 
he said he was gonna send me 10 bucks for a bunch of die cuts in the mail...he said the money was in the mail so send out the stickers fast...but i decided to wait til the cash came in....good thing i did because a week later he got some new diecuts in that i liked so i tried to trade with him and he requested the same diecuts and i said once your 10 bucks gets here they will be yours and then he said o i dont really have the money now...then 5 minutes later i asked where the 10 bucks was and he was like...in my hand
hes shady for sure
 
DAMNIT!

I sent him a saga and ec headwear diecut and he said he would ship the money in the mail the next day and said that he shipped it the next day, and that he needs the stickers or some bullshit like that so I trusted him and sent out the stickers when I shipped all the other packages out just to make it easier. Now he has my stickers AND my money. That bastard, I've never been jipped on ns before, I hope this guy is legit and its an honest mistake or the mail really sucks.

Fuck callouts this is bullshit. Someone needs to go make a trip to this kid's house and kick his ass. I'm so sick of scammers. twayne quit being such a little bitch, grow up, quit stealing shit. These guys have your address. Threaten the shit out of this kid, call the local cops. Tell them it's not important, but it would be great if they could stop by the house or give them a call. Find his home phone and tell Mommy and Daddy. Regardless, karma is going to get this kid's ass. The worst part is that all the kids that dealt with him are legit.
 
and about his phone number he gave me, I texted it to see if it was him and he was like I don't have a cell phone, so hopefully its not some old lady when I call. I'm not calling yet though, it hasn't been long enough to get mad.
 
Rule #2 get pictures- If this kid had seen pics of the actual items before he bought them I'm sure he wouldn't have gone through with the deal.

Rule #3 always check peoples feedback- Clearly other people have had bad experiences with this guy, do your research on people and you will be less likely to get screwed over.

It really sucks that you didn't get what you were expecting, but it is partially your fault for not taking more precautions to make sure you would get exactly what you were looking for. It's so cliche, but the saying "too good to be true" usually applies to most scams. $25 bucks and some stickers is seriously low if you are looking to get a black retro strap and a blue iridium lens(assuming both are in good shape). Sure, you can score some great deals on here, but high demand items like those will usually bring in $80-90 together.

Finally, if you have sent something to this guy, you at least have his address. If you feel this is way out of line post it up and see if anyone lives close to the guy and is willing to give him some shit and ask why the hell is he so obsessed with die cut stickers.
 
hey im from NH and if this kid skiis sunday river then he must live within about 30 or 40 min from my house .. if ne one wants me to ill pay the lil fucker a visit .. i cant stand kids like this they need to grow the fuck up .. and theres no way this kid could take me im the person to do the job if u want me to .. im 6 foot 210 lbs of muscle and can bench about 220. ill fuck him up in other words if that means nothing to u

Yo to everyone thats calling me a scammer and shit. Your gonna get your shit. I sent this kid the wrong shit. Yeah its wrong but hes getting it back. everyone else that made deals with me. You'll get your stuff the stuff just recently got sent out thats what happens when your local post office takes a week Vacation. I said that you'll get your stuff. trust me you'll get your stuff. If i you dont then I'll tell you not to send. But everyone thats sent me an Address Is going to get there shit back.

FOR ANYONE WHO SKIS/WORKS AT SUNDAY RIVER:

I was scammed by a skiier at Sunday river early last season, his account was banned, because the mods couldn't help me out, the thread was deleted..

TO ANYONE WHO KNOWS A LEX RUDEL(Skiizy) FROM SUNDAY RIVER:

I traded him a 30 gig ipod video and a LRG fitted cap (pics in my profile to prove it) for a Hi-persimmon lens, which never arrived..

After much hassle, contacting the Mass. PD, leaving voicemails, and even trying to contact other Sunday River Mags (to no avail, quite disapointed) I cut my losses....

But to see more people from Sunday River scamming, this makes me angry.

IF ANYONE KNOWS LEX RUDEL PLEASE PM ME.
 
its true that you shouldnt ship with out the money but still the little fucker shouldnt scam we are all skiiers were here to share what we love to do ski!
Also i wanna see a vid if you do decide to go beat the little fuckers ass and remember the call out on that one kid who like theclap$ and a couple other fellow NSers were gonna go kick some kids ass?

Well today I got a an envelope full of stickers from him(I just asked for the money, no stickers) and he sent me some freebie stickers that I sent him, back to me which I thought was dumb. I'm still really mad at him that he couldn't have just put 5 damn dollars in there, its not that had to go and get 5 dollars.

not to be a negative nancy but your PM thread does state that he was going to send you back the stickers if his money didn't show in 3 days, and you agreed to this, and when his money didn't show, he sent you back the stickers. Thats a contract, he made an offer and you accepted it

Oh, my bad, I forgot to say that he sent back two of the same freebie stickers that I just threw in there. What he really got was the ec headwear and saga diecuts and then a threw in two low quality shop stickers with the order. And instead of sending back the saga and ec headwear ones he only sent the two freebie stickers along with some other crappy stickers.

I bought jibberish from him like a month ago. He said he shiped it out last week and it still hasnt come. We both live in maine. (I live southern maine he lives central maie) Should I worry? He seems so nice. this would be my first scam.
