Hey guys here's what's up
So on April 20th, Me and Taylor_A decided we were gonna make a deal
The deal was 210 shipped for his

08/09 Suspects w/ STH 12'sand a XXL Jiberish Bird is the Word
He said the skis were in perfect condition and that the only thing that was wrong with them was they needed a new brake. I then ASKED AGAIN to clarify nothing was wrong with them! He said they were perfect! I sent the money that night and he said he would have it shipped out right away.

A week goes by.....
I then Pm him asking where the skis were and he said he couldn't get them out yet! I started to become annoyed. He said he was gonna try to get them out by the end of the week.

A couple of days go by...

I get a PM from N. Rosenberger saying that the Bird is actually his and Taylor_A scammed him! I figure ill let the deal go thru and see what happens.
Like a day later, Taylor_A PM's me saying casually," I'm just gonna keep the Bird actually".

This pissed me off! I said to return my money or Ill make a callout! He then said oh nevermind ill just send them both.
I started to become very sketched out.

Finally after weeks of having to harass him to send my stuff, he FINALLY ships it out! ( 3 weeks later)

He does send me a picture of receipt which finally lets me relax for once!

BUT WAIT...

The box comes in today and i open it to find....

NO BIRD!!! ( surprise surprise)

I call him very pissed off and he gives me the " Oh i forgot to pack it" story! BULL!!!!!

The whole time while on the phone with him he has a very " I don't care about this" attitude.

BUT WAIT THERES MORE!!!!

I then take the skis to my shop to have them re-mounted and waxed. While my pro is putting them thru the waxing machine, he says to me " You know you have 2 big edge breaks on these right??"

I call Taylor_A again! He says "Oh it wont do anything"

WRONG! If i hammer a turn to hard now my ski guy said it could split the whole edge up
SO NOW I HAVE NO BIRD, BROKEN SKIS, AND IM PISSED OFF!!!!

Please help newschoolers!!!

Taylor_A you better get in here and explain yourself because I'm really done with your shit
 
Yeah to be honest, I like the kid. Its just hes lazy and irresponsible!

Don't sell shit if you can't get a box for over 2 weeks!

and it would be nice if he was reluctant to help with problem HE caused, instead of talking like its my fault!

I know they are but it was cheap and i snowboard park my whole life and I'm just getting into skiing so i don't need expensive skis yet!

It didn't quite go like that. It went N rosenberger said the Bird belonged to him, i asked Taylor_A what it was all about. He said he has the Bird all packed up and ready to go so i was like okay ill just it then.

He did show me pics and you couldnt see anything. You cant see it in pics! but its broken in a really odd way that could split easy!

I then said ya 100 dollars cause that's what I had it valued at in a trade

He didn't reply.

He was just online and seems to be too pussy to come and defend himself

I cared the hole time just pissed me off when u made callout before it gets resolved. And I have a job where I can't text and I have to seek some in and same at school cause I sit right beside the teacher
 
The reason you got this is:

It took multiple weeks to even ship ( don't sell if you can't ship)

NO BIRD

and skis with edge cracks

I appreciate your efforts now but they should have been there earlier
