If you want brand sparkly new jiberish theres this cool site where you can get it (www.jiberish.com) im not saying hoffm@n can't be a d-bag, but i think he is right here, either trust the seller that it is brand new, which this definitely is knowing his sales/feedback, or buy it someplace else,
