yea ive fucked up a couple transactions on here that took a bit to resolve, so i thought it was some brutual karma that i probably deserved after a few months of trying to contact this motherfucker
 
Honestly you didn't try that hard. If I lived relatively close to this fucker like you do (CT isn't far from NY correct me if I'm wrong). I'd drive to this fuckers hometown, knock on his doorstep with the company of the local police and this kid would shit his damn pants.

Write whats called a "letter of intent to sue" addressed to his parents, and outline your case and intent to take them to court for their sons actions. If you can't write well get someone who can. Doesn't have to be super long, just look up RCWs on contract law etc.
 
Him then. I figured he was a minor and you could leverage his parents against him, who probly have a lot more to lose in a potential civil suit. But I would try it anyway, if its that important to you you can pay a law firm for an hour of their time to use their letterhead. Probly too expensive for this situation, but its an option
 
I had to do this once. Here's what you do. call his local PD. ask if they have an "internet fraud department" they won't., but they'll put you one with someone. Tell the guy what happened. ask if he'll do a quick visit to the kid's home. you'll scare the piss out of him. it works.
 
take out a loan, sue him to scare him. Make him give u the xbox plus the xbox's value in cash for not having it for the past 4 motnhs, in order to settle.
 
maybe he decided he likes his xbox.. what you should do is ask for your camera shit back, I will trade you my xbox 360 elite with 4 controllers, external fan, Every call of duty, and a shit ton of games for your camera ;)
 
its been done, he wont reply to any messages what so ever on facebook, here, anything. he studies graphic design at monroe community college so i emailed all of the teachers in the gd department explaining what hes done, and asking for a phone number, doubt ill get one though cause of legalities and stuff

called the police in rochester they transferred me to some lady, gave her the address and told her the story, she took down my number and said shed call me but no call and its been about two weeks.
 
Call them back and check in on the po po. Then send that letter to him if you haven't already... Send it to his parents too. Hope you find a way to get some of it back
 
dont have an address for his parents, the numbers ive found online are disconnected. havent sent out any letter yet
