CALLOUT: GUMBA/CHAAA

Alright so here's the deal. Around a monthish ago, we (gumba and I) made a deal. My NS/4bi9 tall tee + a pair of goggles for his xxl 10/10 freeskier collab. I got his address, and I gave him mine, and I shipped out. I never got a message if he got it or not, so I messaged him asking if he has. He responded saying he had, and that he shipped out. That was on the 18th of December. It has three weeks, and he hasn't responded at all. And he's been online. I've given him multiple warnings and still no response. I checked his feedback and there were a few new posts of people claiming to have been scammed. I then checked his feedback on his account name in the pictures he sent me: Chaaa. It was all bad. I have his address, but I live in CO and he lives in IL. So if anyone knows him, maybe just talk to him or something. I either want my hoodie in the condition and size stated or my stuff back. I don't know how to put message history in here, if someone can tell me how, I will post it. But it seems really sketchy because of all the other feedback and the no responses. Thanks NS.

yeah i was debating making a callout thread on this guy too. he was supposed to put some cash in the pocket of a hoddie and trade for a level 1 crew. i know it was stupid to agree on cash but i did it anyways. long story short, there was no money and now hes saying that im scamming him by asking him for the stuff we agreed on.

learn from my losses, always use paypal and dont deal with gumba or whatever he changes his name to next. hes a sleazy douche.

idk if he still lives with his parents, but if he does send a letter addressed to Mr./Mrs. Kurshner without your name on the outside and explain the situation in a letter. it could give you mad results.

tryed scammin me twice, he lives in lake bluff, about an hour and a half away from me, maybe i cld make a trip up there with some ppl.

This piece of shit still owes me $25.
I have his phone number, and I know someone who knows someone that knows him personally. PM me if you think I can help you.

he needs to get his shit together. hes on his second account right now and has a ton of negative feedback on both accounts now. im thinking about writing a letter to his parents and see if i can get them involved.

hahaha well, it WOULD have worked!

Good luck getting your shit man. I just read though the feedback on all his accounts, sounds like a real douche.

word, ive skiied with him once before and i know a bunch of kids who see him frequently, if i see him around soon i will FOR SURE get some answers.

yo

yo yo chill out bro i have been in florida for a lacrosse torunament. i

tohught i told you this? The package was returned bcuz i put ur area

code on wrong. Chill your tits it was sent out today

just got that message from him. he never told me about his lacrosse tournament. still seems a bit sketchy...

personally, im not 12 or 14 or however old he is, i check, double check and triple check the adress, area code name, everything before i ship anything. its super important to do so and i dont understand how he could put the wrong one. its an obvious excuse. everything should have been delt with before "the tournament" anyway. id look up his number and give his parents a call even if you get your stuff in a couple weeks and give them a heads up, make him fix everything hes fucked up already.

as for your stuff. i hope you get it back. and future advice to everyone who reads this post. get the number of the person your trying to do a deal with and talk for a couple mins. if they sound sketch, bail out, if everything goes good with the convo then you're less likely to get scammed.

good luck

probably somewhere in your house if i had to guess. ask anyone that knows me, i dont scam people and am an honest person. if its a simple mistake like it fell out and is under your couch or something, thats fine and i completely understand, but i am 100% positive that there was no money in the hoodie when you sent it to me.

except mine, seriously stop fucking ignoring me. if it comes down to it i have no problem calling your parents or the cops or whatever else you want. i want my money that you agreed to send me and ill do whatever it takes to get it. im done trying to be nice and civil about this shit. scamming on ns is FUCKED UP and im not gonna sit here and let it happen.

dont threaten to call his parents. make the call tomorrow at a decent hour (take time zones into thought) and explain calmly saying how their son may or may not have been scamming money over the internet, and if they could just keep an eye on him to get everything to its respected owner. don't accuse him directly just say, could you talk to him and see if he has it worked out. if it doesn't, find the local police and explain to them the deal. say the parents have been contacted but still no money/items. i dunno what im typing right now but good luck again

this guy pmd me andwas trying to sell me some goggles like yesterday. he just got massively karma raped to say the least

I don't know much about psychology, but I do know that when people give elaborate excuses, they are lying. If you have nothing to worry about, then you don't feel the need to justify yourself as much.

This guy sounds incredibly sketch.

thanks for the bump. i didnt want to beat a dead horse, but i still havent gotten it :( he hasnt responded... r.i.p. ns/4bi9 tall tee :((
