You guys just need to start calling the DA's office in his home county. The information is easy enough to find. Stupid kids don't understand there are federal charges that can be brought against them for intrastate fraud. They think because it's a $75 hoodie it is no big deal, it's not, it's a big deal. Especially for young DA's that are looking to set case precedent and start making a name for themselves. Internet and mail fraud are hot topics in law school, DAs get all hopped up on charting new territory and they don't care about using dumb 15 year olds to do it.
It's pretty easy, just track down his county on Monday, look up their county offices, call the DA. Tell them you've got plenty of information, they've done this to multiple people, it adds up to several hundred dollars, above $500 makes it a felony.
Kids will be fucked. Even if they have dumbass parents who don't care what they do - they'll care when court fees, fines and attorneys start ranging into the tens of thousands of dollars.
