Cutthroatish owes me 150$ or the skis that was in the original deal, too over a month and me threatning him for him to send and i get a delivery notice today that i have to pay 64$ thats bullshit!! dont ever deal with him at all... he is gonna make some aliases for sure .. he probably already has some!! be very carefull! he is full of shit!
 
why would you have to pay 64 dollars for delivery if he payed like 60 bucks to ship the skis. thats 124 dollars for shipping total?
 
i specificly told him to send as a gift because it was going to cost for customs.. if he would have sent it as a gift it wouldnt cost anything.. and he made sure that it was sent as goods and not gift so i have to pay...
 
Dude you got some problems. I asked him after he shipped them if he sent them as a gift and he said he had forgotten too and hopefully you wouldnt have to pay anything. it was a honest mistake.
 
yes i can. ive checked with the police station. plus with having a bunch of other ppl faxing they're fraud charges to my police station, its gonna happen.
 
There is no reason too. He sent you the skis made an honest mistake of not sending as a gift. Its what happens when you deal between borders, you might end up having to pay custom charges. next time just dont deal across borders.

I vouch for him because i know him personally and he is not a scumbag, as most of you have said.

I agree that he made some bad decisions and got himself in a bad situation. He did however end up sending the skis to linesteeze, which is what he was supposed to do. I know linesteeze was a little upset about a customs charge which is understandable, but he did get his skis, which is a he really want.

So if you dont like cutthroatish so be it, but he does need hate mail which he has gotten since this has started from various nsers. And if you dont like me for vouching fo him so be it. I know im not a d bag and i would never scam anyone ever, but think what you want your entitled to your own opinion.

I can't decide if you're truly as naive/gullible as your sounding, or you're simply being out and out dishonest.
If you really believe that your "friend" has nothing but good intentions but made an "honest mistake" as you put it elsewhere, you're just plain stupid or in denial.
In either case, he has a terrible reputation (deservedly so), and if you had any brains, you would distance yourself from him...particularly if you plan on being active in B/S/T. Like it or not, you being so adamant in defense of him puts you in the position of being associated with him. In fact, you defend him waaaaay more than he does himself. It's just shady man, and most kids on here aren't in a position to watch a few hundred dollars disappear and be straight after.
Maybe YOUR gear would get a bit more attention/interest if you weren't constantly rationalizing/justifying the behavior of someone else who's clearly taken advantage of other people. Hell, you might not even have to bump your own thread every hour....

^ hey guys i know you are pissed at me for vouching for him. I made those comments a while back.

Right now i cant really tell you why i did that, i knew him personally and when this happened i had actually only known him for a couple of weeks.

I realize that i am wrong and i was extremely stupid to stick up for him. The only reason i did was because at the time i was trying to help him get things shipped. I personally payed 70 for his shipping of stuff to people that didnt receive there stuff. I did get a pair of legit skis in return that were not scammed of anyone, but i was just trying to help out the nsers that didnt get there product.

So i apologize for vouching for him, and i hope that my mistake wont give me a bad name here on NS, and i hope you guys can see that i didnt mean to offend anyone.

P.S. I read my post and man did i sound stupid.
 
im in the exact same process right now. i appreciate that you acknowledge that he might not be the best person to take a bullet for, which is what you were doing. i want no animosity between vince and I because we have never made a deal, i just want to get NS their goods they paid for
