Ok, this is the deal. I had an add posted late may 2009 that i was looking for a pair of park skis. Now not long after that, CUTTHROATISH messaged me saying he could sell me a pair of 07-08 Armada Ar6 in wicked condition with almost no damage with some bindings. Now I then waited for him to send me some pictures. After i saw the pictures they were kinda small but he sent me a few better ones. I then decided to buy the skis. He knew I only wanted to waste 150$ USD shipping included and agreed to that. He told me he was going to send them out after receiving the payement. So on May 26th 2009 I made my paypal payement to Vince Marrone(name on the paypal). Now at this point later on a few days later he told me the skis were shipped. So I then asked for the tracking number and he gave me the excuse he had it at home on a peice of paper. Ok thats beleivable but later on i asked him again and he told me he had alot of tracking numbers on that peice of paper and he had to check em all. So after a day, i asked again and he told me it wasnt on the peice of paper and he would go to the post office and get it for me. After a little while i asked him agian and he told me he lied and the skis were not shipped. so i told him he had to ship the skis right away because this was stupid. So he said yes ill ship them. So wtv, a few more days go by and i ask him again for the trackjing number and he tells me the pacakge was returned to him because he didnt put my phone number in. So i know that the postal office would not have let him send it out without a phone number if it was needed. so i presured him again and told me once again he lied and didnt send it. then he kept finding excuses over and over again. Different ones everytime. Ive been asking for my money back or the skis now for maybe 2 weeks. and he keeps telling me he has to find the money but somehow he always seems to be geeting new gear like skis and stuff all the time that he buys. Now at this point it doesnt seem like he is sending me my money or the skis. He also told me he cancelled his paypal account. Which is stupid unless your scamming ppl! so ill now post the covoi because im probbaly forgeting some stuff. so here the convo

hey i spoke to SkiRawker and he told me shipping directly to me wont work because shipping is more expensive.. so you would have to send him some more money for the skis to be shipped to me... so i dont want to have to wait another month for him to send to you and then you send it to me.. so make an arrangement with him so i can get the skis. if not get me my money. after this is done we wont have to dealk with this issue again.

Like you inside foot base, from hiting skis together, and there isnt any on the outside. I pretty much only skiied soft. Then there are little like 1 inch long scratches from rails, nothing that will mess up the riding.

this is the closest I've come to being scammed. I was thinking about buying his xxl burton jacket, and he said he needed the money really bad. his story changed from needing the money to pay back other kids, to needing a new ipod. It seemed sketchy so i stayed away, thank god. I hope everyone else gets their money back asap.

This litlle fucker ripped me off with a pair of Oakley Crowbars said they were brand new but they were actually used. Check Pictures on my ohter thread.
 
Such a bummer to see all these people getting scammed, it's sickening. I just dealt with Linesteeze too and he is WAY legit. He sent money super fast and was really easy to communicate with. He's a good kid, contributor, and does not deserve to be getting scammed on this website.
 
He fucked me over too, well kinda, this past week he and i were talking about trading skis w/bindings for skis with bindings so he and i were gonna ship the same day but it kinda seemed weird cuz each day he'd ask if i shipped mine yet and i told him not till i know you do and then he gave me his address and he only lived 5 hours away (lol only) and so on saturday i told him i'd drive up there so i did we met up traded skis except my skis were still mounted like in the pics his were not he gave me the bindings in a box so once i got home i start checking everything out and the bindings are missing 8 screws and i dont really know where to get them so i'll probably have to get a new pair of bindings but its kinda my fault for not checking when i was there but if anyone needs it i have his address and phone number

ok... heres an update on the situation. CUTTROATHISH says he sent the skis and gave me a tracking number. So at this point im waiting on them. If I receive them my call out is done. but if other ppl have anything to call him out for make your own if possible. but right now you can still use this one!!!!!!!!!!!!
