Which are the best resorts in the world for:

-Backcountry skiing.

-Parks.

-On-Piste.

-Nightlife.

I've never skied in the US or Canada but in Europe i'd say:

BC-Chamonix

P-Laax

OP-3 vallees

N-Anywhere in Austria

Please dont just say your home mountains.

East Coast

Park- Okemo, snow, killington,loon, waterville

Powder/BC-Jay

Night life- Tremblent, killington

WHistler would be good for just about everything. They have some gnar big mtn, AMAIZNG nightlife, sick parks.

If you head to SLC you can find that all, minus the nightlife.

Big Mountain: 1.) Whistler/Blackcomb, British Columbia 2.) Jackson Hole, Wyoming 3.) Alta/Little Cottonwood Canyon, Utah.

Pow: 1.) Fernie/Kicking Horse, British Columbia 2.) Alta/Little Cottonwood Canyon, Utah 3.) Telliride/Silverton, Colorado.

Park: 1.) Breckenridge, Colorado. 2.) Park City, Utah 3.) Whistler/Blackcomb, British Columbia.

Heli: 1.) Valdez/Chugach Heli Guides, Alaska. 2.) Mica Creek, B.C. 3.) Ruby Mountain Heli Guides, Nevada.

Core Locals Scene: 1.) Jackson Hole, Wyoming. 2.) Alta, Utah. 3.) Crested Butte, Colorado.

Off-the-radar hidden gems: 1.) Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico. 2.) Bridger Bowl, Montana. 3.) Grand Targhee, Wyoming.

East Coast: 1.) Stowe, Vermont 2.) Whiteface, New York 3.) Jay Peak, Vermont. I personally think these top three are pretty set and don't merit much discussion or arguement; but thats just my twob cents. :)
