i made a payment for a pair of lange comp 120's on november 4th. they were coming from salt lake city and were being sent via parcel post (i know it's not the fastest method). as of today i still haven't received the boots, i've messaged him and emailed him but i've gotten no response. he hasn't logged onto ns since november 11th. i have to file a paypal claim within the next day or two but if anyone personally knows him and can help me get in touch with him i'd appreciate it cause i just want the boots.

File the claim, your not ever gonna see those boots. I don't know him, but from the sounds of it he won't ship them and is avoiding you.
 
yea, i'll be sending the claim tomorrow. just hoped someone who was decently established on ns wouldn't pull some shit like this, oh well

File the claim anyway man, you can always cancel it at anytime if you resolve shit. If you don't file it within the window you will never be able to get your cash back.
 
I know him, he's a real good kid, I'll see if I can get ahold of him sometime and see what's up. I hope that shit didn't get lost. I've had that problem before.

I know him as well (claim! omg!) and I don't think he'd be tryin to rip anyone off... I'm guessing you have his name so hit him up on facebook or something and try to straighten it out, but just to cover yourself you might as well file a claim so that you don't have to stress about it cause it's no big deal to just cancel the claim once you get things straight.
