It's good that it worked out. But you can usually get your money back if you're ripped off if you pay with PayPal. I've done it twice. If you don't recieve something, file that you didn't recieve it. Then paypal opens it up for you to try and talk to the seller through paypal. Then if that doesn't work, you give paypal all the info you can, and escalate to a claim. They look at the situation and decide. Then they take the money from the seller's account and put it back to yours. If the seller doesn't have enough, paypal takes care if it.
