Sorry to have to do this man, but it's been months and this is out of hand.

I bought an iPod nano from Adrian (eastAR5) in MAY (payed $99 with paypal)...and still have nothing, first it was like 2 weeks and I didn't see anything, so I PM'ed him and asked, he said he had "completely forgot who bought it"...which is ridiculous, all he's have to do is check his PM's. So he said he'd ship it out the next day. Waited...still nothing, so I PM'ed him again, and he said he was living up on Mt. Hood and didn't have a car or way to get to the P.O. - so he said he'd refund my money, but nothing happened. Then he said he'd ship the iPod out when he got home and paypal me $10 for the trouble...nothing.

Now he's making threads saying he has no iPods and needs one to listen to music on, wanting people to trade him. I think he sold the iPod more than once and totally screwed me out of a hundred bucks, and I am not happy about it. He's stopped responding, or even reading my PM's...And I full message history to back up every word of this. So don't deal with him until further notice. And if anyone has a contact number for him, or rather his parents, I want it....because this isn't funny anymore, it's stealing and I'm not a kid, I will go through legal channels to get my money back.

For Adrian: If you're reading this, I want my money back now, take the cash you would normally spend on a weeks worth of weed, stop being a douchebag and pay me back.
 
Nope, wasn't me, I've never had any problems with anyone until this.

And ask anyone here, I don't call people out. And I'm as legit as it gets.
 
i thought the kid was loaded. didnt seem like there was a need to rip anyone off. hope its all a misunderstanding.
 
haha i would never trust that guy and all his weeda smoking for a second. not that theres anything wrong with totally legit people who smoke weed. even i do myself. but just listening to that guy and some of his storys about how he thinks everyones out to get him. gives me that impression, and i wouldnt trust him enough to ever do anything like you did.

that really sucks though arem, i hope it all works out for you in the end.

as for the real eastAR5, that's a real shame, he always seemed like a legit kid to me.

but yea you can look up all of his info through paypal. hope shit works out for you
 
if it was paid for through paypal you can file a claim agaist him, saying item was never recieved, and get your money back, its very simple...
 
hahah yeah i think he traded that for some nugs.. but seriously adrian is a legit kid and wouldn't rip anyone off.. it may be a while but he'll come thru, i can give you his celly # if you want though

This is just stupid. There is no need to rip someone off. Work for you money, and make it honestly. Dont take advantage of a situation like a sale to make a quick buck.
 
Ah he probably just forgot. He wouldn't purposely do that to you. Get his cell number, get on his ass, and it'll get solved.
 
with the shit he posts on here, im sort of not surprised. Honestly, post count, and have people know him on this site doesn't mean he woun't fuck someone over. Just hound his ass, untill the hounding doesn't work. Then bring him in.

^Turns out it was just a mistake, and I'm glad to see it resolved. And to arem, I know the feeling you had, and its not a good one. Good job on handling it maturely and not starting a hate/name calling thread. I tip my hat to the both of you for solving this.
