Calling all Audi fans and nerds

I am more than likely about to snag a black 2004 Audi S4 with 51,000miles (!!!!)

The car has the stock rims which, to me, need to be replaced. I am also looking to get halogen bulbs and to replace the yellow turning signal but not make the headlights all euro-based and chromed out. I am probably going to hold off on any exhaust or engine performances and not sure if I will even get to that stage. Where are the best online places to look for parts/rims/etc.. I know a lot fo you guys have some BS4's all decked out. Help me outttt

B6 S4 is probably my favorite car I owned... just very expensive to maintain. Here is a pic of the day I did the clear corner mod

go to www.motorgeek.com for everything you want to know. make sure to tell them you're thinking about getting a b6 s4. then prepare to

1. get laughed at

2. get educated on the true shittiness of the 40v v8 in b6's

3. not buy it, and spend half that money on a c4 s4/s6

you'd be much better off driving a cared for enthusiast owned one of these than an abused and neglected b6.

just to make sure we are on same page, i am referring to these as the stock wheels (im not sure what is on the car as I have not even seen it yet but have gotten all exterior/interior/package options given to me)

My roomate thought he got a steal on an audi and he needed a ride to the dealership every week to get something fixed. If you put all the money you have in the world into an audi plan on the thing taking all your money going forward. (Still nice cars of course.)

Im about to cop a 10 year old kia off craigslist for under a grand and whip it unregistered until April :).

If the car comes with the stock headlight/turn signals which I'm almost certain it will...do you guys know where or what kind of headlights are on this b6? These look super sharp

The rims are growing on me fast but I know I'm not putting a lot into the car other than xenon bulbs and new headlights and a window tint if its not already there...thats it more than likely.

watch out for the suspension. They use air, and most people leave them sat one setting for extended periods of time. The bags become brittle, crack, and that costs a shit ton to fix (even if you are used to how much audi parts cost). The 2.7t will get you moving though, and personally, I think they are pretty sweet.

Step one, full timing belt, trans and turbo service. Those are all 2k plus repairs when they go, and trust me, go they will.
