Call of Duty: Black Ops

yeah i mean im biased cause i have a huge boner for ww2, and never played any shooters really before cod4 and halo3, so my ww2 thirst hasnt been supersaturated like it might have been for other people who have played all 10 million ww2 shooters theyve had.

BUT i think there's no denying WAW is a great game. awesome engine (yeah i know), fun single player (mostly due to the fact that its ww2 (wouldve liked to see a d-day level though) and you can play co-op) good online that was like a refined version of cod4, nazi zombies.. great fucking game. dont get me wrong, i love modern warfare 1 and 2, but people hate on WAW like its some terrible game
 
fucking loved the m1 carbine. i almost got to shoot one in real life a month ago but my uncle couldnt find his ammo for it.

and i loved the svt a ton too.
 
I want to get an M1 Tanker Carbine for my dad. Those things had the solid stock 8 shot clip but they are SO nice.

yea dont get me wrong, im not saying youre not allowed to dislike WAW and if you do you only do because its made by treyarch. im just saying i cant help but think a lot of the hate it gets is a self-fulfilling prophecy
 
The small recoil was awesome. But the clip seemed really small for a gun that wasn't the most powerful thing.
 
i think the m1 garand was underpowered in WAW, and i think it should have had the telescopic scope instead of the sniper. thats why i instead use the svt-40 with that scope and wreck team deathmatch.
 
yeah cod4 is still by far the best

i just played hours and hours of multiplayer and never got bored, even played the campaign like 5 times it was just so good. mw2 was visually stunning and new but i find the multiplayer much less fun than cod4
