went to The MAssive premier today in boulder, cali p was supposed to show for after movie concert but t-hall said he got deported.

good movie too, lots of big mountain - dont wan tot spoil

yes, because the only reason to deport someone is because of "beef" with their home country... dumbass.

dude clearly blazes like crazy and it wouldn't be the first time a government told someone to go home for drug use.
 
he and his DJ got deported when they arrived at the airport in the US with all their documentation (detroit i think?). apparently they were strip searched and everything. ended up getting deported. this was the first time they've ever had trouble getting into the US.

that's basically what tanner said tonight.
 
yea it sucked, plus it made the movie start an hour later.

though it was a little funny when tanner came out and was like "uh sorry guys cali p got deported in detroit, fuck the government"
 
if it was for marijuana i will be terribly angry...im angry anyways, he did nothing wrong unless he was an illegal alien. stupid america
 
Maybe he did not have a working visa to allow him to do the show. He would have to be pretty stupid to travel internationally with weed, most customs check points have dogs.
 
bummer.......maybe they just coulndnt coordinate it and they just made that up as a pretty good cover up...i mean with the freeski community thats a pretty good story....

they probably looked sketch to whatever gov't officials they were dealing with. my dad has a scottish accent and a beard and stuff and ALWAYS gets pulled aside and stuff when he travels (which is a lot). its jsut random,. you never know what might go wrong when traveling internationally....

When you are travelling to another country, that country does not HAVE to let you in. If they want to, they can turn you away for whatever reason, even if it is just because of your haircut.

Bummer, but that is how the world works.

theres a sticky in ski gabber about this. it takes at least 48 hrs to process a canadian visa I guess or something. either way scope out the other thread that schmuck made
 
yeah i was so disappointed. Cali P was what I was really looking forward to since I could watch the massive when it comes out but Cali P can't come to my house. The movie was sick tho none the less
