Im planning on moving to calgary in Nov 2005 but don;t know much about the area. Im moving for the hills and trails. GOD BLESS CANADA

Can anyone help me with good websites where i can seek employment and housing.

Anyone gots some info on Sunshine village and Lake Louise definetly would need a pass to one of the two.

no but i can help you with one thing, don't ride your bike without a helmet unless your over 18, i just got nailed with a 70 dollarticket by an undercover cop.

not really true. I didn't pay a parking ticket I got and nothing happened to me. Its been over a year. Although it was impark.

 
A warrant? Dont be so silly. Especially for a no helmet violation. How can they make him pay? He doesnt necassarily have an ID to show them. Do they come to his house to verify its him? Do they give him a no registration for the bike ticket? Ummm cause I dont think so. So basically this law is dumb and you are not far behind.

Kinz get the super pass. Its Lake Louise, Nakiska (awesome park), fernie (some of the best snow and terrain in Canada), and Kimberley. 700 bucks.

actually no it was a 70 dollar ticket. and as for not paying it, it says that it if don't pay it before a certain date then you owe 20% or 20 bucks more.fortskier is also gay.

kinz, get the big 3 pass, if you get that other pass the other guy was talking about you wouldn't use the fernie or kimberly pass because it takes a 3 hour drive to fernie. big 3 gives you sunshine, louise and norquay, they are all somewhat close together. i think norquay has a good park.

when u get tickets like that and dont have any id on you just tell the cop your name but tell them the wrong spelling of it so when you go to pay it they bring your name up on the computer and it wont say any tickets. Thats why its wicked to not carrie id on you

i have 2 no N tickets (new driver sign your supposed to have on your vechilce in BC) and a drinking in Public fine in whistler $100 bucks, really gay. I havent paid any of them im over a year and nothing has happened yet, i recieved one letter 6 months ago saying that they would send private collection agencies after me, i doubt they would over 280 bucks in fines

also make sure to check out nakiska cause they have an amazing park there too, and its only like 20 mins from canmore which is like 15-20 mins from banff, and check out all the urban rails in calgary
