Calf cramping

This season my calves started cramping on me and its still happening. I feel like its terrain park related. Maybe from impact of flat landings off rails. I was wondering if anyone else has this issue or if it was common. thanks!

get a vitamin C supplement and take that before you ski. seems to stop any leg cramps for me. source: my girlfriends mom is a health nut and she showed me

my mom actually had frequent, really bad foot and leg cramps, and then she stopped drinking coffee and they went away completely. i guess the caffeine did something. i'd highly recommend trying to stop if you drink coffee.

other things she uses to help are magnesium supplements and tonic water (quinine should help)

also, stretching, i can't stress it enough. super important and very helpful if you do it frequently, before and after skiing especially.

i'm no doctor, but good luck man. hope they go away.

If you're under 18 it's probably just growing cramps. Like someone said above, lots and lots of bananas help tremendously.

rub your pussy before you start skiing, then shut the fuck up and never start a thread again about your calves.

Try rolling it out with a foam roller or a stick and also work on strengthening them this summer. THat should help.
