today we put in the kink down, straight rail on a down slope and the c rainbow rail. they are all set up nicely at the bottom of al's alley, right beside the chair.

when will the boxes be up. just wondering if there will be anything up for the 17th?? and andy i heard from a friend that they are working at opening the other side of the mountain(obiviously not this year)do you know anything about this???

 
I'm pretty sure we'll have the boxes in by the 17th. all we are waiting for is the puckboard to come in, which should be sometime this week.

since its been really cold, calabogie has been blowing lots of snow. so when i get back on tuesday i will have lots to work with. so im hopping to have enough to build a small and big table along with setting up for the comp that saturday.

i called back to the hill today and they have been blowing snow like crazy. so chances of having a jump for next week/weekend is looking really good.

Tip-2-Tip We Rule
 
we had to take the rails down sunday so the groomers could groom the hill, but tommrowo night i am going in the groomer to set up for teh comp and set some more shit up.

yea we should have some boxes in, and about jumps im going in the cat tonight so after i set up for the ocmp we'll see how much snow we have hopfully i can make a jump.

aight here is whats up with the park. today we put in the rainbow, c/rainbow, kink down, flatbar and the newest addition to the park, a wave box. unforutnatly we didn't get our metal in yet so we wern't able to make new rails, but we did get the puck board in for the new box and other boxes that are in the works and should be on the hill next weekend.

so that means that 2 of those features are gonna be the rails for the comp tommorow.

i think that the park was better where it was last year. but you need some jumps up. not too bad thought it was a nice park. The wave box was nice but i didnt try it just looked like a diaster item for me. keep up the good work there andy i hope you get some jumps in soon.

 
i think its all a little close togeather and that wave box is a peice of shit, not to hurt anyones feelings but its horriable.... i ran my ski along it and it caught where the puckboard was put togeather.... but the park is comming along, the rails were set up real nice for the comp.....

see, it's days like today when you dont even need a park...i think it was 5 or 6' of fresh at calabogie today. mmmmmm, powder...

and im glad the t&l demo tent was there today, otherwise i wouldnt have been able to ski the powder...i got to take a pair of 1080's out for the day.

that snow was prime today, so much fun floating on power for a bit before u hit ice.

the wave box is gonna be moved down to the flat and a jump with out so much of a gap will be made infront of it.

allright boys and girls, this is what you've all been waiting for. I have cat time for the whole day on friday and they have been blowing snow in the park non stop for the last week or so. which means jumps!!! finally. also the metal for the rails should be in this week, which means a couple more rails to try to hurt ourselves on. but the main focus is going into building some big and small booters.

sweeeeet, definitly try to get the rails for this weekend if you get the metal in as well as build the jumps. Im glad to hear you finally have what you needed to make the park as good as it can be. I will try my bets to show up on the weekend.

we got jumps. big 35-40fter and little kicky 20fter. plus the rainbow is up and the kink. also the flat bar is on a upslope at the bottom. the flat down flat and up flat down are made we just have to put plywood inbetween. the flat down and other flat bar should be ready by the weekend.

funny, i was planning on going wednesday too. hmm we'll see what happens.

we now have the flat bar on a upslope at the bottom of the park, along side the wave box and small flat bar. with the kink rail up above. we will be in the cat thursday night and friday night gettin the jumps ready for the weekend.

the small flat bar is exactly what it sounds like, a small flat bar like 5 ft long. the new rails are the flat down flat, up flat down, flat down, and flat double bar.
