today was my 2nd day doling them, and on my first attempt I went reallly corked and almost land3ed straight on my back, I broke my thumb in the process.
i spin the 1st 180 so youre facing up with ur back down and then spin the last 3 like the last 3 in a cork 7. after the 1st 180 i try to drop my left shoulder and spin back onto axis
I look through my feet with the back to the ground then just look over my shoulder, its only cab is your doing it unnaty tho, and I can't do that. I can't land a normal one hardly, but I don't land on my back
when you come off the lip, pop hard and slowly drop your shoulder as you doing your 1st 180 and than let it go till 540. Most of the time people cork but they panic at the same time so they stop spinning and hurt themselfves. The key is never to hesitate and to keep looking over your shoulder to continue spinning. Often, you only see your landing at the last second.. Think of it as if you were doing a switch 180 and then cork 3
i broke my wrist last wednsday and havent been skiing after that yet. and i also have a soft cast(not fiberglass) and i cant fit in one mitten, haha. ill be skiing in friday first time after the injury after i get my fiberglass cast on thursday. and i doubt ill be trying cork stuff, maybe just fakie 5...
