Man, skiing has been killed. After seeing wski, i couldnt believe it. Those guys are sooooo out of it, its sad. I remember the good ol' days of the canadian air force and when mammoth just became cool. Now, everybody has smoked themselves stupid and its just hard watching those movies. I especially liked when raps skied, not him now. He was a lot better skiing than he is at being a radio show host. Skiing is being dragged down by the ebonic plague. Anybody agree?

yeah, wski doesnt represent all of skiing. i didnt see much smoking in any of the other tons of ski movies this year. besides they can make their movies how they want, smoking is part of their lifestyle, they can put it in. c-crew isnt the only skimovie company, so if youd rather have pure skiing, tgr is tight.

pollard is completely different than the rest of them, so is dash. They are both smooth, but animated. It always seems like hall is putting up the biggest front ever. I like to see more guys like boyd, cusson, and the rest of the armada team. The armada team is full of fun crazy people, then theres tanner who looks like everything is so damn serious. I'll shut up and watch X or stereotype (still the most amazing movie ever)

X starts out with bright eyes and finishes with that statik shit. Wski goes through different music as well. I think we all know that top gun is not gangster. Stop hating and start skiing. i've never had a problem with them having a little ghetto style, but after watching wski it's starting to piss me off. i'm not talking about the movie as a whole, cus every part in the movie is different, but mainly tanner's part and all of raps parts. i have no problem with wearing baggy clothes and listening to rap, but when you say shit like, 'he ain't talking, he's straight skiing, bitch' and show a guy wearing glasses with a bandana over his face flashing gang signs, you're trying way too hard.

These guys have done the straight up thing for a long time with the same interviews and attitude and even clothing and style for 10 years straight even the young ones. Now they are developing different style for film and press and image, like said before if you are so concerned meet them in person I bet they are intelligent, well traveled and nice people.

You get a different sense once you have traveled a lot weather it is just in the us or more, try it you will be totally different, but will take the direction of dash and pollard or the rest, try it and you will see. Either way you soak up so much knowledge you begin to use it for your own art and expression or just pass it on the form of cool songs or culture without putting anything into it.

i was disapointed with dashes and Pollards segments. i through pollards segment on the line site and in the line trailer in hig 5 was way better than the one in dub ski. dash's was ok, but the line one was still cooler. the thing is, is that tanner has changed. back in the day, he was just a liad back dude. he was pretty cool, and just your average guy who was tight at skiing. (and yeah, i have met him). now he is just this flaunty wannabe gangster. he all over the x games, and magazines, and this whole gangster attitude has a real bad effect on the younger, up and comming kids. they see tanner smokin and acting retqarded, thenthat is just telling someone who is VERY impresionable to go do those things. he needs to accept the responsibilty as a priemer athlete in our sport, and take responsibility for his actions. i could care less if anyone smokes, but to go around flauting and blowing smoke into the camera, thats just immature, and seeking attention. that is like some middle school kid smoking to be 'cool'.
