180 a roller, ride out switch, revert, funny noise, ski releases, i fall, walk up to pick up my ski...WHAT THE FUCK!? im no expert, but how does a ski break right under foot?

what the fuck that is so wierd. did you land like way far up on your nose? if not try to get some new skis, that would be kickass if they gave you the 06's....but i would dought that would happen, those ar5's old.

i landed pretty square(not up on my noses or back on my tails at all), rode out switch for a while and reverted. some how they broke while i was reverting

woods not rotted. theyre wet still because i did it like two hours ago.

ive only skied them a dozen or so times. got them at the end of last year and havent used them much up until last month because of shitty snow conditions. hopefully i can work something out with armada because i sure as hell wont be able to find receipts for them

they were supposed to at wsi, but then the demo tent wound up being a pile of gear lying on the ground by the lodge.

 
damn that is terrible man. although, i'm having a hard time understanding how that would cause the skis to completely snap like that. this is one of those worst case scenarios for sure.

 
I bet it was the revert. prob twisted the ski funny and it snapped. def shouldnt do that

that's so wierd b/c it's not in front or behind the bindings, it's right between them. i bet you couldnt do that again in 10,000 tries.

and to that person that said armada doesnt have any demos... they sent me a pair of 185 arv's to bring to telluride this year. so they do some demos.

don't take me as a joke i'm no comedian,, too many mental problems got me snortin coke and smokin' weed again

Something like that happened to me too except with my edge. I went off a jump landed switch and went down the run switch. When I got near the lift I reverted and got on. I didnt notice when I got on the chair. But when I got off my ski was acting weird, So I took it off and my entire edge on one side from the back tip to binding was pulled out.

^^the only way there's a right or left ski is with the graphics but that obviously doesnt matter.

a guy i work with had an old pair of atomic slalom skis that had a definite right and left ski. the turning radius was shorter on one edge (i think the outside edges). it was strange, but it made a little sense looking at it

Thats fucked man I still can't figure out how you could put enough torque to do that, try the warrently thing everyone I know has had a good experiance with Armada's
