I've been watching this game develop for some time. Will Wright has some already incredible and legendary games, and Spore just looks amazing. Its completely open ended, and the computer will actually do out all the calculations to find out how the beings you creat will most efficiently move and interact. You'l need a raelly nice computer to run this, but it looks simply amazing.
