Buying skis "Because I saw a Pro With them"

I reckon half the kids these days just buy skis because they saw bobby B on them. I have tried out many of these skis (Suspect, Punx, Wall) and find that there are many better park skis out there
 
I can definitely agree TC. Just look at all the ON3P owners. Most will tell you their skis are the best thing they have ever ridden.
 
what other reason would you buy skis for? because of "swing weight" and "core type"? hahahahaha

only reason I got bacons is because of Traveling Circus!
 
i don't know, i've yet to see tons of little kids with whatever skis tom wallisch rides. but i do see it with his boots so i see your point.
 
first of all, i have heard enough reviews on here that have literally nothing but good things to say about ON3P. and somebody saying good things about their product and then having somebody buy it is completely different than some kid buying dem cool lookin skiz bcuz gus kenworthy wuz riding dem in the xgamez.
 
I think you misinterpreted what I said. Allow me to rephrase: you don't see ON3P all over the xgames and the most popular skiers don't ski them, but that doesn't mean they're a bad ski. What I'm saying is that most people would agree that Blue Steeles or Jmos > Suspects and Punx. I am agreeing with TC's notion that there are much better park skis than those he listed and that there are plenty of kids who buy some skis they know nothing about just because they see somebody throw down on them.
 
Yeah, that's mainly why i buy skis is because they are cheap. haha I don't care what brand they are, If i find a pair of walls for $100 on craigslist they are mine!
 
I did buy punx because i saw bene mayr with them. But i really looked into them and compared them to what i needed from skis and made sure i was getting quality skis
 
FUCK YEAH!!!! Craigslist is the shit, Im getting fks 120s for $50 and they are in very good condition! STOKED!
