Buying a tripod TODAY +k

I'm tired of looking on ebay for used legs and heads to put together.

This is for a Canon t2i and will be used for VIDEO. I want the best cheapest tripod for under 200$. Anyone that can link me to a "buy it now" type option gets karma.

I know there's other threads like this but they aren't exactly what i'm looking for, thanks!

I have it, it's pretty fluid, and the legs are super beefy, but the if you film a lot in the cold well every ski filmer does lol, it has a little like bump i could say when you start panning, but, yeah i'm upgrading to a Libec LS22 haha
