Buy stuff for me

So, I'm in this situation in which I'd like to save money but the Oakley site is trying not to let me.

I'm in canada and I can only access the oakley.ca site and not the oakley.com site. I know that the prices are lower in the states (at least they used to be).

Here's where NS comes in... I am wanting an emerald irid crowbar lens, but in Canada it costs $105 without shipping. I'm wondering if someone could check the US site for me and let me know what the price for the emerald iridium accessory lens would be. +++ Karma for sure.

If there is enough of a deal, maybe someone would be willing to buy one in the states and ship it to me. I'll throw in some extra moneys as a little bonus too. The address I would use is some US address of some people I know, so there wouldn't be any crazy international shipping costs...

Another alternative is if anyone of you knows any site that sells emerald iridium crowbar accessory lenses in the states, or a shop I could phone even, if you could let me know what the place would be I might be able to just get them from there...

++++ Karma for help, thanks

Cool, thanks. Still not sure if it's worth it, because they charge a shitload to bring stuff over the boarder...

if u stay don in thestates overnihti think you dont have to pay duty.....or its 48hours u dont...not 100% sure but something like that or u just dont declare it when u come across the boarder

Yeah, but I don't have the time to do that, and it's really easy to just pick it up from this place across the boarder like 15 minutes away from me. I'd try not declaring but I've gotten caught doing that before and if they catch me again they'll arrest me or put me in jail.

have your friend ship it to you and say it is a gift with no value, they don't charge duty for that, i've done it with skis before

dude for 25$ more I would just buy them, it saves running into problems plus shipping is gonna cost you a lot more from the states anyways, it will probably come out to about the same if it has to come across the border.

Yeah man after looking at costs that's what I'm gonna end up doing...

The gift thing has changed to only not include duty on things under $50 or $60 value, so that doesn't really work either... And they look up prices, so it's not like I can say it's worth less than that... I've really tried to find ways to legitimately cheat the system, and I still haven't found one.
