Buy RED Mountain

What up NS?

The CEO/owner of RED Mountain on the podcast this week. He made a shit ton of money in cosmetics, bought RED, put a lot of money into it and they are coming off their best season ever. He's selling shares of RED and explains what they are going to build with the crowdfunding money on the podcast.

My takeaway, it's a pretty cool opportunity. You buy in at 1K, you get $500 in lift tickets immediately that you can sell or use in the next 5 years. You also get access to a members only lodge for life.

I've never even heard of red mountain

Red is an awesome mountain. Mini-golf terrain literally everywhere. I got to go last year for this trip, had dinner with Howard a couple times, I'm excited to listen to the podcast with him.

I wrote a guide to Red Mountain for evo, too.

I'll give her a read!

I believe the lodge will be more of a place to grab a beer or get warm on the top of the mountain. No idea what pricing will be like....I just do a podcast and try to drink free beers whenever possible. Another thing they are doing is building cabins on top of the mountain that will be available for people who buy in for 100 a night. Haven't heard about the brothel but I'm guessing it's most likely the best option for lodging. Don't eat there though

Also... for all the Vail haters.... here you go - go buy Red Mountain and chill in the members only lodge and stop complaining about everything that Vail has done for winter sports. The free market is a wonderful thing... if you don't like Vail, send it to Red Mountain... just stop acting like Vail owes you a thing.
