that was a cornice he did it off of, notice how there was no rock anywhere and it was an overhang of snow....but i think butters look kinda cool if they are done right

people have been buttering for a couple years now but last season it got a little crazy. Pete Olenick at the US open did tail butter to forward 270 onto one of the rails, Silva did nose butter to switch 270 onto one of the rails, in Mammoth Silva was also doing nose butter to cab 5 over like 30-40' tables, but he wrecked himself on one (concussion etc) and hasn't done it again since, I was trying to learn nose butter for switch 3 this summer, but the biggest I got it was over about a 15-20 foot table. it's scary. Oh and Tanners butter of that cornice was pretty sick!

 
the butters in FOCUS are nutty! as are some of the ones in the rural uproar trailer. best butter of all times is candides right now, he spun that shit so fast it was nutty butter (nutella?)
