whats a butter is it like some kindof trick u do on a rail i keep hearing it ?

i like sarcasim aalot so put tones of it in

i live in the eastcoast i dont mind a few ass brusies

 
it's like before you get on a rail... you're riding in fakie and then spin on your tails around to get on the rail... it's just looks really really smooth like bbuuuttttttter

you can butter off jumps too and you dont always have to be going fakie to butter

a good switch butter is done right at the lip of the jump so your front tips don't touch the snow before you're in the air. There was a vid on here of Rory Silva doing a straight butter to switch 360, it was pimp. Straight butters are a lot harder in my opinion.

butters are pretty technical i tried a cupple but they really put u off balance, and in my case on my a$$

whos in da house, SACA is in the house!!! hahahahmuhahahah
 
I sorta did one accidentally to day. I was doin' zero spins off this little jumps. and it was gettin' pretty chopped up after the landing. so after landing fakie I kinda hit this little wall of chopped up slushy snow, my tails caught and I leaned way back and up on my tails and spun 180 on 'em.....it was fun

yay 4 skiing
 
this really isnt that hard, i took me like two weekends to learn, its the whole doing it onto a rail thing that scares me

switch 270 butters ain't hard. just keep trying switch butter 3s on the flats and you'll probably end up rotating 270.

butters are cool when you're bored... or filming if you can do them real smooth.

last year i was doing switch butter to 270 (landing switch) off spines and hips and stuff...
