Busting out an old pair of skis

so i took out my old skis that i haven't touched this season or last, so much fun, so many memories. i know some people don't like to hold on to old gear or trade it up like hockey cards, but anyone have sentiments for their old skis?

i still have my very first pair of skis, they are bright pink (gotta love the early 90's) and are a little less than 2 foot ( cant remember exact measurements) and they are Elans, oh and they have the teather thing on the front so my legs would stay straight haha.....
 
I have every ski i've ever owned starting kindergarten. Im planning on doing something with them all some day, not sure what though.
 
I have most all skis I have ever owned still. My favorites are my rossignal Vipers. They were sictor straight sticks with some gimmick torsion plate thing. I landed my first 360 on them, back in 95/96 or something.
 
l save alot of stuff..yeah im pretty sentimental. my first pair of twins were fischer airstyles and they stolen so they were technically my frist twins. but right after that i bought new 02/03 public enemys. the original white ones and i still have them. theyre edges are completely legit still too.
 
i busted out an old pair of skis this weekend. it was my 21st birthday on saturday (claim) so i headed up to keystone for a fun day with some friends. i always ride with the little poles in the picture, which were my buddies poles when he was a little kid. the skis however were that kids moms skis from 20ish years ago. hit a bunch of rails, and went through the medium jump set doing daffys, and spreads. it was grand
