Business Plan

Check out the link below, it has everything you need to create a good business plan. The key thing is to not just list goals, but explain how you will reach those goals. If you want to sell 100 units of something the first thing people are going to say is, "great, how are you going to sell those 100 units." Make sure you include the "how" in everything you plan on doing. Are you going to self-fund or try to get a small business loan?

I'm on my second company. Send me a PM and I'll give you my email. I've written about 10 business plans and helped with numerous more. I now run a consulting firm for new brands.
 
Keep it as short as possible. In the long run a business plan generally means almost nothing. The only people that care and the only people that it matters to would be investors and people giving you loans. Don't spend too much time on it, it's generally a waste of time.
