Bush NASCAR Nazi

read this article in a Weekly southern Califonria Paper. Its worth a read.

--------------------------------------------------

I am about to offend some of you by using the N word. I know it is a word so laden with emotion and historical horror that it should not be used lightly. But sometimes no other word gets the point across.

Nazi.

That’s right, I’m adding my voice to the other hysterical-seeming Americans who are likening the current White House administration to Germany’s grim men in gray.

You know that I don’t like George W. Bush and his crew. I think he is the worst president in our nation’s history. Maybe Andrew Johnson was worse, I don’t know, but he didn’t live in a time when his bad decisions could imperil our democracy and the stability of the world. Bush does.

But a Nazi? Bush would have to go a ways to even begin approximating the horrors of Saddam Hussein, let alone Hitler. But so many of what we could call 'Nazi precursors' have been adopted by his administration that it warrants a hard look before the coming election, lest we all wake one day to the sound of goose-stepping.

Governing in secrecy? Check. Unbridled arrogance? Check. Putting ideology ahead of reality or the public interest? Check. Acting as if the end justifies the means and that might makes right? Check and check. Acting as if big lies repeated often are better than the truth? Check. Playing on people’s fears? Check. Using diplomacy merely as a cynical tool to forward a war agenda? Check. Showing a sociopathic disregard for the lives of others? Checkarooni.

Look at Iraq. From their first week in office, the Bushmen made the war a secret priority, one they never bothered mentioning to the American people during the election. Iraq remained their focus, despite briefings from the outgoing administration highlighting far-more-pressing security concerns and despite subsequent, similarly ignored warnings, such as one titled 'Bin Laden Determined to Strike in U.S.' After bin Laden did attack, the single-minded White House invoked the specter of Sept. 11 to sell the war, lying to Congress and us about Iraq’s terrorist connections and the threat it posed to the U.S. According to Bob Woodward, $700 million intended for Afghanistan and the hunt for bin Laden was secretly diverted to war plans for Iraq.

Despite the wishes of a then-majority of the American people, as well as most other nations and the largest anti-war protests in the planet’s history—and despite UN inspectors in place to assure Iraq posed no threat—Bush took us to war.

Military commanders unashamedly likened the initial 'Shock and Awe' phase to the German Blitzkrieg. It was an aerial war against a nation with no air force, and we didn’t bother counting the tens of thousands of Iraqi conscripts blown to bits. If they’re uncounted, how can we assume there were tens of thousands? Because the conservative count of civilians killed in those months was more than 10,000. If, as our leaders assured us, we were doing our utmost to avoid civilian casualties, it stands to reason the toll among those we were purposely trying to kill would be significantly higher. Most of these draftees and civilians had families and friends, which goes a long ways toward explaining why their survivors aren’t pelting us with flowers in the streets. What did any of them ever do to us? There’s a word for needless killing: it’s murder, and that’s what Bush plunged us into.

At this writing, there have been 780 U.S. casualties and more than 4,300 wounded (most felled after Bush’s taunt to insurgent leaders to 'bring ’em on' against our troops). That’s a remarkably low count for a war, but it’s 780 too many in a war based on lies.

But who’s counting? Not the administration. When Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz was asked about our war dead when he testified before Congress on April 29, he undercounted them by more than 200. It’s his job to know and to at least give the appearance of caring about the sacrifice they’ve made. But for guys like him, war is apparently just moves on a chessboard, and who counts pawns? Who cares that the 130,000-plus troops still there are strained to the limit or that their families at home are sliding into poverty?

Maybe on their abstract chessboard, it looks like we’re winning this war. When the Army Secretary, Gen. Thomas White, warned last year that Donald Rumsfeld’s deployment plans were insufficient, White was fired. Now, according to Tobias Naegele, editor of the pro-military Military Times, a significant number of military leaders have lost confidence in Rumsfeld due to his 'bullying techniques' and refusal to listen to opposing views as the situation in Iraq spins out of control.

Rumsfeld was equally deaf to reports of abuses at Abu Ghraib Prison, which he and the administration did nothing about for months—not even informing Congress—until the press forced their hand. The Republican response has been to blame the press—'I’m outraged by the outrage,' blustered Congressman James Inhofe (R-Oklahoma)—to go into PR overdrive—look, Rummy beamed down to Baghdad!—and to point out that prisoners had it worse under Saddam Hussein.

Of course, Rumsfeld could have more effectively raised that issue when he visited with Saddam in the 1980s at the behest of his boss, Ronald Reagan. But he didn’t because Saddam was their good buddy then, and their only caveat about him massacring his own people was that he should do it quietly so human-rights scandals wouldn’t scuttle the business deals they were brokering. Our CIA had helped the Ba’athists and Saddam come to power, and many in the Bush administration were also there when Reagan and Bush the First aided Saddam during his worst atrocities. With that sort of history, we look as much like liberators to the Iraqis as the Nazis did to Parisians.

Despite the firm June 30 date for handing over an undefined amount of power to a hand-picked government, and despite the billions in no-bid contracts handed out to Bush cronies to stabilize and democratize Iraq, the place remains a flaming hornet’s nest.

How are our tax dollars being spent there? How about the $96 million given to Florida’s Harris Corp. to establish a free press? Though jobs are precious in Iraq, the editor and nearly the entire staff of the Harris-run Al Sabah newspaper quit in disgust this month, claiming the paper was just a U.S. propaganda organ.

In that respect, the situation mirrors the state of U.S. democracy, where rich conservatives own most of the media. Remember Clear Channel Communications manufacturing its own pro-war rallies and then giving them extensive coverage? This past month, Bush-aligned giant Sinclair Broadcast Group refused to air ABC’s Nightlinebecause it considered the show’s memorial to our war dead anti-Bush. Disney refused to distribute Oscar-winner Michael Moore’s Fahrenheit 9-11 because it’s 'political'—and we can’t have political films in an election year—though Disney stations broadcast Rush Limbaugh and other right-wing hatemongers. Meanwhile, the Bush administration is doing all it can to allow these behemoths to control even more media.

These guys are verging on creating their own thousand-year Reich. Conservatives have a lock on Congress via their unprecedented unrepresentative gerrymandering, which was allowed to stand by the conservative Supreme Court, which also appears unconcerned that the American people are kept in the dark about how our energy policy was forged in secret by the same corporations that gamed the California energy crisis and are now gouging us on gas prices.

And the record profits the oil companies are reaping are pouring into Bush’s equally record-breaking $200 million-plus campaign war chest. Like it or not, you are paying at the pump for Bush’s election campaign.

America is a wonderfully resilient country, but I don’t know if it could recover from another four years of Bush degrading our democracy and coarsening our spirit. Since when did torture become okay with us? When did rights and justice come to be viewed as impediments to our way of life? When did premeditated pre-emptive murder become a righteous cause? We are on the slope to depravity, led by a NASCAR Nazi who talks about Jesus while acting like a Roman emperor.

The White House insider accounts in recent books depict a president who is steadfastly uncurious about any viewpoints, analyses or options that might deviate from the shining path dictated by his instincts. 'I go the way that Providence dictates with the assurance of a sleepwalker,' Bush has said.

Do you think this article is all bullshit? Then go check the facts. I think you’ll find that there’s only one untruth here: the quote about sleepwalking wasn’t Bush; it was Adolf Hitler in 1936. That’s not a walk we want to take.

Lets say you have 10 000 people, about the number of drunken rowdy males at a Flames playoff game. Armed with nothing more than semi-auto 22\'s and flaming Alberta whiskey, this rag-tag group could fight a successful guerilla campaign against 150 000 US troops plus tens of thousands of coalition troops, costing $5 bil a MONTH and lasting at least 2 years. Pretty pathetic considering the US spends more on its military per year than every other country COMBINED.

Oh yeah, and disney... they refused to Distribute Moore's new movie Fahrenhiet 9/11 beacuse it was to political, yada yada, Rushlimbaugh isn't to political though...

BAHAHAHAHAHAHA... fox news...moderate... HAHAHAHA... just one more idiot who doesn't realize that that station is, literally, a joke. Like, it's there to be laughed at. It's the only way it should be watched. The problem with conservatives who harp on the so-called 'liberal media' is simply that they can't support anyone who reports the facts as they are. There's only one reason for that: the facts have an anti-conservative, anti-bush slant. The truth is against the Bush administration, which explains why he's been lying for 4 years.

^something tells me you have no clue what you OR THE PERSON THAT WROTE THIS ARTICLE are talking about. What are the writer's credentails? I'm sorry, but this sounds like a teenager wrote it. He talks about Bush and his 'crew', and 'checkarooni'...how unprofessionsal. The writer talks about UN inspectaors, but they are jack-asses. Hanz Blix got screwed by Saddam, because Hanz told him where he would be inspecting, and Saddam would move weapons around.

The writer repeatedly mentions Bush's lies, but provides no source or facts for this statement. If he is refferring to Weapons of Mass destruction, he is wrong. There are weapons of Mass destrucition. Napon gas was fired at American soldiers...a WMD. There are pictures of people who have died by WMD in Iraq.

Conservative biased media...yeah right(sarcastic). ATLANTASKI is right. The only moderate news channel is Fox. Even Fox isn't biased. Hannity and colmes has both liberals and conservatives debating...both sides are represented. As for the 'right wing hatemongers', this can only be explained as a lie. Has the writer ever listned to a talk radio show? Has he ever listened to Sean Hannity, who is a nice Catholic man who when one caller said the word 'Hitlery' in refernce to Hillary Clinton, scolded the man for saying such a thing, and demanded that he would not have that kind of disrespectful thing on his show. Sean Hannity is one of many respectful people telling the truth, which is most likely what this writer is afraid of.

Michael Moore's movie Fahrenheit 9-11 is as biased and wrong as this article. Enough said.

How are conservatives to blame for the California energy crisis and high gas prices? More powerplants cannot be bult in California becaue of left wing environmentalists cannot bear the site of one little tree or squirrel being killed so that people can have power. How does congress dictate gas prices? OPEC(Petrulium exporting Countries) decidwes how much oil we get, and they, like the left wing tree huger, are screwing us.

^Somehow, I have trouble assuming the credibility of anyone who takes fox news seriously. Hell, even the CONSERVATIVES I know think it's a joke. Fair and balanced, my ass. The others aren't Unbiased, either. FAIR, an independant media research group, reported the following statistics after seeing over 1600 sources appearing in on camera stories about Iraq.

-You were 25 times more likely to see a pro-war US source than an anti-war one.

-Military sources were featured twice as frequently as civilians

-Only 4% of sources were affiliated with Universities or other non-governmental organizations.

-of 840 US sources who were current or former government or military officials, 4 were identified as opposing the war. Yeah, 4.

-Anti-war statements were consistently limited to 1 second sound bites.

-None of the six major telecasts conducted a sit-down interview with anyone who opposed the war.

Oooh, sounds balanced.

Checkerooni un-professional? Have you listened to any of Bush's speaches over the last four years? Talk about unprofessional.

'Freedom will prevail, so long as the United States and allies don't give the people of Iraq mixed signals, so long as we don't cower in the face of suiciders, or do what many Iraqis still suspect might happen, and that is cut and run early, like what happened in '91.'

FYI there buddy, Shell Petrolium is planing on CLOSING a major oil refinery in California, and our 'tree hugging' democractic majory of a state is Fighting them to keep it OPEN, so that gasoline prices don't continue to climb. I don't know what you pay at the pump, But the current going rate in my neck of the woods in southern california is 2.40 a gallon for Regular Unleaded, and nearly 2.70 a gallon for Supreme.

Enron, the company who was responsible for our fake electricity shortage (good buddies of a one George W. Bush) manipulated energy suplies to make it appear there was a shortage, and increase their profits. In the mean time my electric bill went from under 100 bucks a month to over 400 dollars a month.

J.D. May that post was for jibtech. It took a little long to write, so a bunch of people posted beween the time I read it and when I posted.

Anyways, jibtech, relax. Anyone can read this, and I'm sure that there is/will be at least one person who dosen't know what OPEC stands for. As far as the statistic about not having intervews with anyone who is antiwar, it happens almost everynight on Hannity and Colmes.

Disney also owns ABC, which is left wing biased. Point is that no news channels can be 100% unbiased, but the majority of news channels are left wing biased. If Fox news is a joke, why are its ratings higher than any other cable news network.

J.D. May, I understand that a writer is entitled to his/her or style, but the point I was trying to make is that this person can't be a professional writer. It's a weekly newspaper.(In other words, he wasn't good enough to work for the LA times, another left wing biased newspaper)

Hahah this is the beginning of what you would call successful propaganda. It is so fucking horrifying and sad at the same time that I don't know what to think. Those of you that call this kind of info liberal media are what's wrong with this country. Sure it may be liberal media but what he is saying is true. You have been taught to think otherwise and that's why you laugh this off as liberal media. What this guy is saying is, while exaggerated through the use of his wording, true. We should all be terrified, look at the turn the US has take in the last 3 yrs. Thats a big jump for just 3 yrs. Don't laugh it off as liberal media, thats what everyone does int he face of a government such as this. Those that criticize and worry are considered crazy because they are thinking something outside of what the govt wants you to think. Why do you think most colleges and professors are liberal? Because they are using their brains to assess the situation. Try it once and you will begin to see a larger picture of what Bush and the admin is creating.

Waynesworld, why get all mad at people who watch nascar? I don't like nascar, I don't watch it. Why dislike people for that? It's the same thing as saying, 'That person likes chocaolate ice cream, and I like vanilla, so I hate him, and I hope he dies.' Why not give respect to people who enjoy it?

Oh, and automatically assuming Bush is a redneck from the middle of nowhere, Texas that likes nascar just because he has an accent, is the same as asuming a black guy in the middle of a city is a theif and a murderer.

Also, what words has Geroge Bush made up?

ITS AN EDITORIAL! Writers arent going to follow strict AP style journalism in an editorial, because they want it to be interesting.

And stop throwing the term 'liberal media' around, thats such a cop-out. Reporting is based on what is intersting and attracts viewership.

Suiciders for staters, not to mention the infinite number of basic words in the english language that he can't pronuce correctly, or even begin to get a handle on the most basic fundamentals of english gramar.

The guy was a C avarage student, the only way he got into yale was daddy. He failed miserably as an oil barron before he became involved in politics, and the fact that he's now our president is pretty sketchy.

P.S. Grant Washburn writes a weekly column for the OC Weekly, and is one of my personal favorite writers. At the very least his grap of the english language exceeds that of our presidents.

I think you guys have a bit of a problem. Obviously, if you think fox news is 'moderate' (which is bloody hilarious), everything else will seem far left. You're way off, though. CNN is often RIGHT-WING, much less liberal. Fox news is a joke, and I mean that literally. They can't possibly be serious, and having 'Fair and balanced' as their slogan just cements that. O'Reilly is so far gone, he's funny. CBC= Communist broadcasting corporation... hahahaha. That was great. I really wish we got Fox news up here, it's almost as funny as the daily show. And if you're wondering where the ratings are coming from... a lot of those viewers are people like me, watching and laughing our asses off. The fact that some people actually use it as a source of information just makes it even better. Great societal irony, and impecable satire. They couldn't do a better job of amusing me if they tried.

I never said he was onesided (I'll say it now, though, even though i shouldn't have to; anyone can see it). I said he's a nutjob. Anyways, anyone who says 'liberal' and 'secular' with an ACCUSATORY tone is not moderate. I love how he dismisses anyone who disagrees with him with things like 'Well, they've taken a liberal viewpoint on many issues'. Well I read up to the complaint about 780 soliders dying so far this war. Id say within the last year just as many people died form getting struck by lightning and more people died TODAY from smoking related illness. Veitnam 58,000 Dead shitloads more wounded. This war was less plesant than the early 90's desert storm but still in relativity to past wars this isnt that bad. You aruge it's only bad because we were there on false premise? Look at veitnam that was way more pointless in my opinion. they wanted us there less than iraqis want us in Iraq

You really can't compare Hitler to Bush. Hitler wanted to control almost all ofr Europe. He tried to get Sudatenland, and recieved it on a silver plater thanks to prime minister Neville Chamberlain. Hitler wanted to kill all the Jews. I don't see any of this in Bush. Sure we have gone into Iraq, but we will set up a government. This guy really has not basis for his argument.

So what about pronunciation. He has an accent. And you feel that this is a bad thing. It makes no difference.

Instead of just tearing down Bush promote Kerry or somerthing. But he can decide what side to agree to on every issue.

Yes, I don't agree with everything Bush has done. Some of the internal affair that he has done were just stupid, but we need him to continue this war, so that the terrorists won't kill us.

hahaha

i wonder what will happen inthe us when word breaks of the over 4000 casulties they have suffered so far.

^^'but we need him to continue this war, so that the terrorists won't kill us.'

is it possible that the 'terrorists' might only be attacking BEACUSE of the war? and mabey, if the war ended and the US stayed the fuck out of everyone business, the 'terrorism' would stop?

Moe

uh, remember we weren't in anyone's business to begin with when they attacked us on 9-11. And there are still terrorists. Osama is still alive. They just threatened us again. Come on terrorosim is still a threat.

They might be more determined to attack us because of the war, but we have weakened them, and it's only a matter of time before we disable Al Queda. I believe 9-11 was only a precursor of things to come.

Terrorism is still a threat, agreed, and at the rate our country is going it will always be a threat. As we continue to build upon our war on terror, their will be terrorists trying to break through our defense and commit acts of violence against the US. But what about this, why doesn't someone sit down and ask these terrorists why they want to hurt our country? And no the answer to that is not because terrorists just 'hate america.' rather than trying to stop terrorist actions, we should try and prevent them by seeing what we did to them in the first place. I know the answer to this question but am going to leave it out for the right wingers will just continue to be blind and the answer is not the focus of my argument. Instead I want to provoke the idea that we need to investigate why terrorism is happening in the first place. 9/11 did not happen because osama and al-qaida 'dont like american freedom' that idea is illogical and makes no sense at all. Obviously we did something to them first and unless we fix that, terrorism will continue forever.

And finally, take a third person view of this world, how worthless is all the crap we deal with. How stupid are the people of this world that no one dares to try and make things right. just imagine if the US tried to fix its ties with those it has wronged and did not have to worry about terrorism and war. Maybe then we can lessen our over 300 billion dollar military budget and apply some of that to the 80 billion dollar budget that covers all of education, social services and welfare. Then no one in this country would be hungry, everyone could have health care provided for them and quality of life across the country will vastly increase. just take a step back and realize how stupid everything is that we fight and die for. This is my only life, I dont want to have to live with fear or waist time in fighting and killing someone else, I want to live, I want to ski, I want to hang with my friends, I want to enjoy life but instead many overlook this and the humans right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. Im sorry but there is just no pursuit of happiness in war.

2)Bush is a failure as a student and an oil baron, he got into Yale and out of the war, both because of daddy's money.

3)He bought the election. Plus he was running against a robot with 0 personality. No competition.

4)He can't even understand the fundamentals of the English language. That speaks volumes.

The US wasn't involved when 9/11 occurred? So...what, they just attacked for no adequately explained reason? Oh, that makes perfect sense. That also explains why they bombed the Sydney Opera house, blew up the Parthenon and layed waste to the Eiffel Tower and Big Ben. Oh wait, they only attacked america. In several places. There's plenty of evidence to support the idea that their attacks were retaliative, not unprovoked. Obviously they were unforgivable and deserved action, but that was Afghanistan. I had no issues with Afghanistan (in principle, in practice some of the brutal murders overseen by U.S. troops that didn't make the front page sickened me. Message me if you want evidence of that). You've established a link between 9/11 and Iraq when there is none, or was none before the war in Iraq started. And any comment of 'We need to elect Bush or we'll have more 9/11s' is just evidence of successful fearmongering on the part of the Bush administration, and a weakness on the part of the convinced. Also, don't bring up WWII or Vietnam. It's stupid to compare this to other wars. I don't support that theory no matter WHAT side brings it up, if they do so seriously. For your part, you might want to read Churchill's histories before you start giving us your version.

Lord Piot, how was the US behind 9-11? I believe it was Muslim terrorists that flew the jets in to the twin towers.

Highfly, welcome to the democratic party, you just became a card carrying communist.

Bush bought the election...give me some evidence to support that.

I alreasy talked about Bush's accent and grammar.

j.D. May, don't you remember Al Quaeda attacks in Lebannon, embassy attacks in Africa, attacks in Bali, and Madirid.

These terrorists do hate us,because they want everyone to be Muslim, and most of America is Christian. They also hate the fact that we have freedom, and that we are prosperous.

all you liberals thing that fox news is so conservative because your ideas are extremely liberal, so dont go saying its such a hugely conservative station when it clearly isnt, please watch it and make your decision, because just saying shit like 'omg nazi news' is stupid, because its just something youve heard from one of your stupid liberal friends, and the only issue that i am really conservative about is the war, so i can attest that fox news is a moderate station, for it to be fair and moderate fox news doesnt need to support all of your liberal beliefs, it needs to be a bit liberal and a bit conservative, and when fox news says one thing that isnt liberal all liberals go off and say how conservative it is, but the truth is that fox news is in the middle, and being liberal amazingly is not in the middle, it is far off to the left, so just because someone disagrees with you, it doesnt mean they are conservative

ATL, you have no idea what you are talking about, since you won't listen to the facts presented before you, then do your own research and find out the truth, the US put the Taliban in control, the US supported Saddam Hussein in the 80s and provided them with many of the weapons they used in the Gulf war. look into what US embargos did to iraq, since you have no trust in anything i or anyone else says, go look into it on your own then. all the problems that have led to where we are today we have some part in creating, one way or another and by denying whats true, you just prove your ignorance...but keep it coming, all you are doing is lowering your credibility.

and to call me communists is the lamest way to try and defend yourself and ideas. personally I think you are pretty fucked up if you won't even try to believe that this world can be without violence and war. Or maybe I am just wrong to hope and try for peace for all? Maybe I should just give up trying to negotiate and talk thinks out when I disagree with someone else and pull out a gun and shoot them...(sarcasm if have trouble picking that up...)

And finally, where are your facts that these actions are motivated by hate of freedom american, and christianity. I want fome proof there or maybe you should just shut the fuck up

ATLANTASKI: Fox news is the most worst news you can watch, they're constantly full of shit. They did a survey on what kind of crowd watches certain news (CNN, NBC, so on) and it said majority of ignorant Americans favor Fox channels for news.

These terrorists do hate us,because they want everyone to be Muslim, and most of America is Christian. They also hate the fact that we have freedom, and that we are prosperous.

They hate america mainly for its unwavering support of Israel, and its propoentisty for supplying that coountry with armaments. You think the U.S. is the greatest nation on Earth, and everyone's jealous of you guys? Open your eyes. You don't see them attacking Switzerland, which isn't muslim, Canada, which isn't muslim (though the cultural mosaic does contain islam), nor any of the other countries with higher standards of living and small muslim populations. You're painfully uninformed and blinded by nationalism. That's pretty evident when you start saying lineskier has common sense... he comes into every political discussion and gets really mad at everyone who disagrees with him (because we're all pussies and hippies). And please stop talking about fox news now. I'm glad it's there for my amusement, I'm aware that there are some people who inexplicably credit it as an actual source of information. That too is amusing, if somewhat frightening (YOU PEOPLE VOTE?!?) ...Just drop it, no one's opinion is changing, and we've heard it.

lets recap the ns.com political thread setup

someone posts uberliberal flaming anti-bush theory leaning mainly on view and spin rather than non=partisan fact

everyone agrees

someone questions it

uberlibs say something stupid to the person who questioned it

yeah this thread is going no where, so I'll save you guys from the truth, because you're afraid of it. SohCahToa, do you like trigonometry or something?

haha i find it hillarious that you think the average dumbshit terrorist knows support israel, think about it JD, 95% of terrorists hate America because they were raised to hate America, they have been raised to think we are evil and we are the cause of all of their problems in the world, they attack us because their leaders are cowards who steal for themselves, and then tell their people that americans and jews are the cause for their problems, look at yasser arafat, he stole money from his own people so he could live in a huge palace, and then he created terrorist factions to go and suicide bomb israel, do you ever see the leaders of terrorist factions killing themselves, no because they sit behind the lines taking money, living in luxury and blaming america and israel, they are the scum of the earth and because of the muslim religion their followers are blindly devoted to them, and they kill their opposition, if there is any, and terrorist leaders are also muslim clerics for a reason, they are clerics because if someone is against them, they are also against muslimism, and it is wrong to be against muslimism, so people will be twice as ready to kill them, I highly doubt terrorist leaders give a shit about america's support of israel, all they want is to be in power, actually there is some hate for america that they have, it is also the hate that most radical muslims have, which is simply the hate of jews and christians, radical muslims hate anyone who is not muslim, and they hate jews more than anybody, this is why radical muslims hate america and israel, and america and israel are the shining examples of christian and jewish success and prosperity, america is the figurehead of the world, so muslim hate is directed toward america, so radicals attack america, and then america becomes active in the fight against terrorism, so the muslims keep hating us for being against them, muslims hating america is also a recent thing, maybe when the first american support of israel occured, when israel took land from palestine, the hate of america started, and the attacks also started, but these days it is basically meaningless hate against america that has been ingrained in muslims' upbringing, much like the hate of jews
