The budget is what goes toward things for the people like social programs and infrastructure, or like you say, should. It doesnt always seem to be that way however, because the Canadian government seems to be good at wasting on such awesome things like the super duper magic Kyoto accord and its implementation. Or the Gun Registration Law which is so umcomprehindlby (sp) stupid to begin with, and it went from costing a few million to 2 billion. Yeaaaaaaaahhh.

Whether you know it or not, and most of you dont seem to, the US government is actually less authoritarian then Canadas and is more about the people.

 
name some products that you currently buy/use that are actually manufactured in Canada...
