I agree but saying that teenagers are tools is a pretty general statement, im fifteen and I've been talking about why bush is a bad president (with facts not just "Bush is an idiot bullshit") since fourth grade.
Most people who are talking about a "Bush-Bashing fad" come from a 'blue' area and don't see that in many places there is a equally ignorant "liberal-bashing" attitude like where I'm from. At my school when I say something about Bush I'm labeled as "unpatriotic" and that is the end of the argument for them. Its pretty sad.
