ONE OF A KIND, SUPER RARE COLLECTORS ITEM!
You'll never see
another and its brand new, never used. I recieved it while working at
Burton Snowboards. This cap was never sold, it was only produced in
very limited qtys 1 time and given to some employees, and friends of
the brand as a 2005 Christmas gift. It is a legit New Era Burton cap,
size 7.5" , 100% wool with a metal Burton mtn logo on the front. It
comes in a crazy one-of-a-kind wooden box wrapped in black fabric on
the outside with gold metalic print. The inside of the box is lined
with a gold silky material. Inside the box there is even a mirror and
card that has a printed signature of Jake Burton, the company's
founder. The cap itself is obviously well made (New Era) and has a gold
silk-like lining on the inside of the cap with their most popular
Burton logos woven into the silk-like fabric gold on gold. The fabric
around the rim has the names of athletes written in cursive that have
passed away: Craig Kelly, Jeff Anderson, Jamal Khan.
You've never
seen this for sale, even on EBay because they are such a rare
collector's items that any snowboarder with this cap would never
consider selling it. Well I finally gave in to the fact that it doesn't
fit me and I'd rather have the money these days and know that another
snowboarder stocked on this that will make more use of it has than it
sitting in a box on my shelf.
