my intire crew waited for his ass at the bottem of the hill and beat the shit out of him. i broke his poles agianst a tree, and we snapped one of his skis. fucker got uppercutted so much. he was bleeding from his eyes and shit, crying like a little pussy. i busted out a body slam on his ass and broke both of his arms. the ski patroler broke up the fight and clipped all of our tickets. we where gonna beat the shit out of the patroller but my mom came to pick us up.

I have one, dont know what its called but its pretty cool. I like it, its gettin small tho so im gonna get a new oakley jacket

burton jackets are the shit, but i agree, buy your clothing from a company that puts money back into the sport, think about it, burton will never get into skiing, burton pays kids like shaun white to live in this kick ass house that he has already bought with money given to him by his sponsors, cia

here in france we don't have any very good 'ski' equipment, maybe sun valley and oakley, but oakley wear sucks (and they are in snowboard too)

So give me some name of companies that are only in ski, so i will see if i can found there product here

Yo i just got my oakley incubator and it's insane. I was chillin outside with the windchill around zero yesterday with just a tshirt and the incubator and i was toasty. oakley shit is dope. pick it up

Any company that has an ad in a SKI magazine, is supporting skiing....

Oakley, Spyder, Marmot, k2, Helly Hansen, ORAGE, Obermeyer, Sessions, etc...

i was reading time magazine and they had a burton jacket in there, it has a minidisc bult in and its got controls for it on the sleeve.

i too have the tactic hooded shell and it sucks...the zipper ripped off the first day, the inseams are all fucked up and it isn't even water resistant.

K2skeepimp, I'd agree with you to buy gear from companies that sponsor skiers, problem is, you can't really find it in stores, and the stuff you do is usually ugly as shit. Other than North Face/Marmot/Sessions. Phenix and Spyder are cool, if you can find it, however burton and that stuff is way more prevelant. I personally wear a Westbeach Jacket and Burton Ronin pants because they work and ski shit is allways way more expensive. Just my opinion, if ski companies put out similarly priced and availiable stuff, I'd buy that.

But yes, support the ski scene, for surzey like new jersey!

i love my 686 pants, i cant wait until they start to support the ski scene....

and i have a westbeach jacket, because it is canadian eh!

686 does support the ski scene...grant gunderson practiaclly shoots their whole catalogue and he skis, they give him money so he can buy gear and in turn shoots his primary atheletes, as well as others, which are mostly skiers....so boom on you.

also, i am a big guy and like my clothes baggy, and most newschool ski companies don't have xxl readily avaliable even online. and companies like the north face are way overpriced.

Well, Alpentalik, I shoot for a bunch of snowboard companies, including the big B, so they are supporting skiing - by your argument - so shut it. And if some of the ski companies put as much effort into the design, function and art of their gear our sport would be the better for it.

Ronin 2L jacket, dope. Amp jacket with I-pod and soft-switch - no wires, dope. Ronin 3L vent pant, perfect.

i totally agree with NMA

and here in france we don't have any spyder or orage, i can find HH but they are into snowboarding and mountain and sailing too man, the north face --> to expensive and i don't like the wear,....

burton has great developped the technical wear and i support them for that

yeah definitely support the ski industry adn dont get a jacket that from a company like Burton, there are so many other companies like Orage, Fate, and Rip Curl that support skiing and have sick jackets.

i'm a snowboarder too...

and continue wearing kicks ass clothing like the north face, ahaahah, return to trekking tical

Hey NMA, before you you jump to conclusions and make youself look like a dick head maybe you should read what I wrote a little closer...I don't quite understand how you could have confused what I said, but whatever. You reinstated exactly what I said...everyone is saying not to buy snowboard clothing because it isn't supporting skiing and then somebody brought up 686, whom my buddy, a skier, Grant Gunderson shoots for...from the money he gets from them he supports us (be it from buying camera gear and what not to shoot us or sometimes even getting us hard goods), as well as other atheltes he shoots (mainly skiers). In other words I said exactly what you said in your attack to me...which is sort of funny...but I hope you can see your error now. By the way, I personally wear no 'ski' clothing, because a lot of it is gay and snowboard clothing co.'s know what's up, not to say that skiing companys never will, it will just take them a couple years to catch up to snowbaording, just like every other aspect of the sport. Hopefully, you can now see what I am saying, eventhough I felt it was pretty clear before hand.

''Your true colors are showing through, Erich...pink...lots and lots of pink.''

No, I am being sarcastic. Just because I shoot for snowboard companies does NOT mean that they support skiing. Burton is basically anti-skier and I would never claim otherwise. 686 is anti-ski and to claim otherwise is asinine.

well shit...do you blame them? look at how many gay bitch skiers talk shit about the sport that is deeply rooted in skiing as we know it today...shit, i'm anti skier...just read this forum, enough to make one sick.

''Your true colors are showing through, Erich...pink...lots and lots of pink.''

give it a rest, theres 2 groups of ppl on the mountain, its not skiers and boarders, its assholes and chill ppl. i ski with boarders and im sure if u r not an ass u do too. it doesn't matter if someone skis or boards, but how you look at ppl. it may take companies like burton or 686 to learn that, but i like the wear regardless. its not like im supporting hitler

buy ORAGE! there stuff is incredibly nice! even my snowboarding friend thought they were some of the nicest jackets hes ever seen, and hes not an idiot either. Trust me buy Orage, the things are amazing, and its 100% skier oriented.

Lets go skiing
