There wouldn't be freeskiing without Jake Burton. Burton is cool. Most of my outer layers are Burton too.

Our instructor jackets at my hometown resort are all ak burton and they’re the nicest outerwear I’ve ever worn, I’m bummed to take it off when I go free ski.

Burton gear isnt all that bad. You will always find something nice in the discount rack. The waterproofing lasts a season and the gear looks really good. ‘Nuff said for 120$ piece that your missing.

My kit cost around $900 so it better last longer than a season.

The ak line is super high quality, you should be more than happy with it for years to come. I have the ak mid layer jacket and it's probably best piece of clothing I have

ak is good stuff and id feel better supporting burton than lots of outerwear companies in the ski world

My Burton coat is still great after 10 years. At the time AK was too colorful, my coat is olive green, perfect for fading into the woods. Previous coat was a Burton pullover I got on sale at Salty Peaks so long ago, light grey, loved it too.

The AK stuff is as good as any performance Gore Tex outerwear. Lasts for years and has a good fit. One of my friends has 10+ years on an AK shell and it looks new.

The AK stuff is as good as any performance Gore Tex outerwear. Lasts for years and has a good fit. One of my friends has 10+ years on an AK shell and it looks new.

I switched to gore-tex pro a couple years ago. This stuff is amazing. Real burton AK with gore tex pro is pricy, but worth every penny.

I will always appreciate Burton gear.
