has anyone used them like the banshe bungie do they work well because ive heard that their dope but my friend the other day said they were a pain in the ass. the other solution is building a drop in ramp and driving it around and setting it up. so which is better?

i have never used a bungee but my friend is buying one for next year. i have used drop in and they work good but it all depends hom much spped you have and how much rooom etc... the bungee gets you goin 30 so that prob better and less of a pain in the ass to transpot

I saw a rail jam sponsored by Banshee Bungie a few weeks ago in Welches. It looked like it worked pretty well - they had tied the bungie to a tree and set up a jib with a Toyota FJ. Some of those kids got a lot of speed - I don't know about 30mph, but enough to launch themselves pretty well given the small scale of the set up. I think the real problem was that it took a couple of people to stretch the bungie back, you would need a team of 4 or 5 ideally, and it looked like it got really tiring after a while.

i used one this winter and they rip, so fast in a small area. there deffinitaly the way to go but i think there upwards of $200

I was thinkin maby gettin the 10ft one thats cheaper, and you could get a group of friends together and all pitch in to keep cost down.

common sense dude, drop its are a bitch but im sure that there better, i would think that a bungee would kind of throw me off. But if i could get a bungee for pretty cheap and i had money i would go with the bungee. I mean it saves you a huge hassle and makes so mny more features possible

If possible a great way would be to attach the bungee to a car hitch. You stand in the same place, if you want to go farther, have the car pull farther out, if you want to go slower, pull the car in a little. It would work really well, but at that point, you might even be able to just use a rope and have the car tow you in.
