program called bump top, for mac and windows

really useful desktop organization in a simulated 3D environment

has tonnes of useful functions, allowing you to create stacks of files, put them up on the walls of your "cubicle", and alot more.

ive been using bump top for a few weeks now, and id hugely reccomend it

the best part is that the free trial is limitless, and isnt very much worse than the paid version, it only lacks a few unessential features

thats what i thought.

but a bunch of months ago, my desktop somehow stopped working... like the folder was still there with the contents, but the actual desktop was completely clean of everything.

it somehow works with this, and the organization benefits are HUGE

It does eat up a lot of RAM, that is why I took it off.

ive discovered this as well.

coupled with a few basic unix cleaning programs i was able to get it so i still had a reasonable amount of unused RAM.

plus im on a mbp so it's not killer to it really.

For me it was since I game and would like all the possible RAM I can get. With WoW, iTunes, and Firefox running it can get intense when I had that program. Otherwise, I liked it.

Great program, I use it on my MBP, and it really helps me organize everything. On my PC and on bootcamp I use rainmeter though. Looks so much nicer imo and it gets everything off your desktop completely.

That's sick, and it's FREE until May 7th... I've downloaded it already, not sure if I'm gonna install it yet, but it's worth having around while it's free. Sick find!
