Bump skis/bindings?

I don't know much about the rossi mogul, but last year I was on the 1080 mogul. That ski is phenominal!! It just has a tenancy to fall apart. As for bindings, I have one of the rossi axial (pivoting heal) bindings on my 1080 moguls. I really like them. It has a shorter mounting surface on the ski, and the toe has a true upward release (as opposed to diagonal upward release.) So I'd say go with one of the Rossi axial's...if not for anything else...it will double the warrenty of the ski (putting a rossi binding on a rossi ski.)

i've got look p12s on my dynastar twisters

in the past, the rossi moguls have been known to break fairly easily

word, thanks.

your twisters hold up well? im looking at buying a pair... are they making a 2004 model? there is a pair on ebay that claim they are 2004, but they look just like the older version...

yeah my rossi moguls (2003) broke after 15 days last season. i was hoping the new ones were built better...

I hate look bindings. I would never buy those. You cant go wrong with Salomon or Marker. Very durable and they will never break.

I think a lot of people on here would agree that look/rossi bindings are top notch. Marker, I'm not a fan of the top toe release, and Salomon makes a pretty nice binding, but I've had problems with the binding shell cracking.

Personally, I like the P14 and if its the right price, I'd go for it

i think look bindings work extremely well...never had any problems with them.

next year's twisters are the same as last years i think, i have the 'limited' ones, so they're the ones that are basically the assaults, but they're very nice, and my friedn have the normal twisters and they all like them, and another ski i heard was dope were the volkl dragonslayers

or you can get the k2 mambas. if you can find a pair they are super cheap. i paid $50 for mine. they are sweet.

originally posted by chris_64_impala : why do u need a fat ski? huh fatty? yeah thats right u like the chocoalte

I heard the mambas were nice. I havent used Look equipment in a long time but maybe Ill give them a shot sometime.

With the skiis now it seems like you should use whatever binding and boot combination are recommended.
