Bullshit ticket last night

so i got a ticket last night for $150, the night was a pretty big blur, blackout blah blah blah, what i want to kno is tho can i pay via check? or do i need straight cash? i gotta mail it in within 20 days but yea, 1st ticket ever so im kinda confused
 
even if its blatant you can fight it and still win. read the whole ticket over. if the cop misspelled anything like your name or the street you can get it thrown out.
 
I payed a speeding ticket in all pennies. The girl was pretty pissed of because i didn't even roll them up. just a big box.
 
thats pretty funny, my buddy recently tried to fight a speeding ticket (31 over) and has a court date in a month.

walk in and say there is no way i can possibly pay this, i was speeding because bla bla, insert stupid shit and hope they knock it down.

another friend dumped his clutch and got an excessive noise ticket... fought and won.

 
sorry to hear man. worked for me in NYC but it prolly has something to do with all the judges being so overloaded that they throw out half of almost anything.
 
Soooo, how do you know if it was bullshit or well deserved? I mean, being blackout means you don't remember the night before.
