I don't have any plans but c'mon man, the dude just wants to build a rail what the hell is wrong with that? Check articles under resources or search the forums, I know there's some shit like that in there if you look hard enough. i just made a 14 foot down kink rail for myu front yard out of 2x4s and PVC. Mauii made a crazy rail i believe, thats wat i based my rail on...

pvc is pretty fast and it wears down kinda quick, i suggest finding someone to weld one for you, but if you dotn have the cash, pvc works

dude my mountain has the sweetest stuff ever on their picnic tables and funboxes, its like this plexiglass or hard plastic stuff, but its in sheets, you could easily cut it into 15 foot sections and make a down kink or double, plus its semi-pliable so you could make a c-box out of it. i could ask the park manager what its called if you want.

how do you attach a pvc rail? I drilled through the top and then screwed it onto some wood. I'm kinda afraid of my edges catching in the drill holes.

I have a nice rail in my front yard made of that fence post metal. it cost me about $35 cdn to make. i just got 2 galvonized steel rails (10'8 each) and bolted them together to make a double circle thing. they i just mounted it onto a base made of 2X4's. i have a pic of it but i dont know how to make it show on this. if someone tells me how ill post it

phh, everything causes cancer. Anyway i built some really stirdy PVC rails, they hold up great and can be made really long, if you want exact plans just ask but i think you could figure it out.
