Building Chad's

i say that a dub back is a double, obviously, so one of the collins bros did a dub back over it. i think its in the bolero project

i think it was chads. in another edit its right behind candides legendary d7, and its the same fuckin gap.
i have no vid as evidence or so, but i am 90 % sure. pyramids landing hill is not as exposed as the one of chads.

chad zurinskas, dude who first thought of setting up the gap. i keep meaning to upload clay pigeons, next time im home i will and you can see a bit of him.

im gonna say a dub cork 10 is about to happen.

it hard to believe its been alomost 5 years since tanner

Holy crap!!!! Even that small pic makes it look insane. If I had to guinea that thing, it would be so much easier for everyone else because they could just follow the brown trail all the way to the lip.

then explain why it took creed many many pages just to find it from the bottom of alta? he must not have had that secret pirate map they mentioned that takes you to the right road.

Wait a sec! Not trying to jack the thread but i have a question.

So im standing at the bottom of alta...how do i get to chads from here?

but seriously, although i would never guinea pig that shit, i think that after some inrun checks and watching other guys do it, its not that big of a deal.
scary, yes, but in the end your only going ~54 mph, which is impressive switch, but nothing special forward

damn, where do you ski that you have to go 50mph to hit jumps??

stomped out inrun down a steep face thats not groomed INTO a bc jump is fucking impressive and scary no matter if you're going forward or switch.

well i never hit a park feature with that speed, but obviously i know how fast even 55 are and even though its a tough thing to hit, its not like only jesus and your mom can hit it.
and when tanner hit it, the inrun was better than 70 % of all park inruns on this planet.

that's the problem, you don't know what you're talking about. when you see that thing in person there is no way you'd think a groomed run can even be comparable.

i know what you mean but if you are trying to tell me that i wouldnt get to the lip without crashing, idk how i should respond. and in this vid, the last 100 ft of the inrun are one fuckin cat-track wide and kinda smooth.
yes, pros are pros but its not like they are superheros. i could never do a trick over that thing, but saying that a better-than-decent skier used to big jumps isnt able to straight air that thing is just an understatement.

dude, its smooth in terms of grooming, but theres a big whoop and then you drop into a gnarly compression, followed immediately by being thrown 120 feet towards a pile of rocks and dirt.

its pretty damn technical

now i know what you guys are talking about, thanks, i thought skiierman was talking about the inrun being tough because its not groomed
