Im building a water ramp at my small local hill, it will be placed above a snowmaking pond thats 15-20 feet deep. It wont be used for skis, it will be used for roller blades. I would like some advice from anyone who has ever built one and i was also looking for the video of the kids who built the wooden water ramp into there pond in which they also used roller blades on? Plus karma to anyone who can help me out. Thanks

Just reminded me of this video

Not trying to be a dick but.... If you've never built a ramp, you def should be building something other people are going to be hitting. Angles speed, quality of the build are all really important.

That was sooo sick, knew there was going to be a triple at the end. That one kid in the black shirt was killing it on those dubs

This is our water ramp that we built by my friend's house. We just stole a bunch of wood and made it! haha When we built it, it was super crooked, made for rollerblades, and the in-run was just sketchy. Since then, some kids straightened it up and now it's more bike friendly.

Yah, the one im building is only for me and some of my friends to hit. Wont be for the public, so we should be fine. i just wanted to see what other people have done and especially wanted to see the video posted above

the ramp in the video above is my friends. There isn't a ton of structure to it. There is four posts at the bottom that is a main platform. We just connected the down part of the ramp to the flat platform and for the lip we built it like you would a quarter pipe just less angle and not as steep of a lip as one.

If you have any questions just pm me and ill try to let you know.

Glad you guys like the edit.
